Pros:

Our stay was amazing - the room was clean and cozy and the city view was incredible, especially at night. The breakfast was delicious with many different options to pick from. The hotel's location was also very convenient for sightseeing, especially when it comes to the West Lake. Overall we had an amazing experience with the hotel.

A great place to stay for visitors to Hangzhou, we plan to stay at the hotel again.
Pros:

Great location, Metro is literally a stone throw away and not far from West lake. Lots of food options around, and for those who need fast food or coffee, KFC and Starbuck are nearby.

La ubicación, y la instalaciónes,, el buffet desayuno y el robot seguridad que recorre por los pasillos que me quitó el ascensor y se fue solo... Todavía me estoy riendo de lo divertido de la situación. Es mi primer contacto con un androide.

Cons:

Por sacar pegas quizás las fuentes de la terraza que están en reforma. Pero está todo limpio y tiene agradables vistas.

Pros:

The location is good, the room is fine, the laundry is free

Cons:

It is a non smoking hotel but built on top of a KTV. The smell from that travels through the vents, you cannot use the air con if you’re bothered by smoke
