우수한 위치, 청결
Pros:

지하철 1,2호선 역과 매우 가깝고, 엘리베이터 출입구와 가까워서 무거운 짐을 가지고 갈때 매우 좋아요. 아침 조식도 매우 훌륭합니다. 강추!

If price would be cheaper I can stay next time only myself in one room and not taking any breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel location is good and convenient to go to many places. The hotel look modern and everything looks new. Staff was helpful even though they don't speak English. We had to use translator apps to speak to them.

Cons:

If you stay with a partner or coworker in one room, it is a big mistake. Because it has almost no privacy. The bathroom and toiler doors can not be locked. They are not soundproof and the bathroom has only glass walls. Breakfast is poor for people who have specific food (i.e halal, vegan, etc) requirements.

Convenient location , clean, worth the stay .
Pros:

Very close to train station , only 20 meters to the elevator of exit D2.
Friendly staff .
Variety of breakfast.
Got upgraded room which is very spacious. Thank you .

Cons:

The staff at breakfast is really not professional: wearing casual cloth which makes me confused but actually I shall order noodles from them . I thought they are guests. And the kitchen staff came out to canteen and yelled back to kitchen that one of the dishes is finished by guests , which I really don’t understand why they shall do this in front of a full canteen of guests . And the staff talked impatiently and loud to me that they don’t have enough bowls and asked me to take plates to get my foods , but actually I want to order soup noodles ! And I don’t think they need to let guests know that the canteen is running out of bowls … all those to me are never happened before at any hotel services which was quite overwhelming.

“Good hotel with superb location”
Pros:

I booked this hotel due to many positive reviews on line. It's true. The hotel is in a very good location where we can use subway line 1 from Hangzhou airport or Hangzhou East Railway station. Please use the exit D3 with the elevator to bring your heavy luggage to the ground surface then you can walk to the hotel for 2min. Apparently we book the Didi taxi from the station to the hotel, roughly about $5 AU. The check in process was smoothy, staff can't speak fluently English but they use the translator tool so language won't be anymore issues. The hotel is very modern and clean. Everything is controlled by the remoter such as the curtain opening, light swithches.. My room is spacious, the bed is very comfy and the 3 ways bathroom is excellent and convenience. The breakfast is delicious with many variety for Asian style and some basic dishes for Western cuisine as well.

Cons:

The only negative is the room temperature is too warm and dry. We can't adjust the room temperature for our comfort. It has been control by the hotel central heating system. We have to sleep with the windows open to allow the fresh air circulating in the room. It's understable as we travelled in the early Spring so the weather is still changing daily from cold to cool and warm. Overall the hotel is good to stay if you can tolerate the heat when you travelled in the intermediate weathers like we did.
