Gute Lage, Zimmer und Frühstück preiswert. Sauber.
Cons:

Auskünfte zu Besichtigungszielen in Hangzhou waren spärlich und zum Teil nicht ganz zutreffend.
Internet war sehr schlecht, auch an der Rezeption, Kartenmaterial nicht ausreichend. Lin Ying Tempel nicht bekannt, Weg zum Botanischen Garten konnte nicht gegeben werden. Apotheken Museum (Medical Museum) nicht bekannt.
Hilfe zum Geldtausch nicht ausreichend (gehen sie halt zur Bank!). Welche? Wo?: Es gibt viele.

Super good hotel
Pros:

Was given a free room upgrade, the room was spacious with a standalone bathtub and a full width half height window. It had an electric shade and plants outside the window, lovely. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Metro exit was 20 metres from hotel entrance.

Cons:

There were two common wash machine, but one was faulty.

Le petit déjeuner était complet, le personnel a été très arrangeant et nous a surclassé sans surcoût car il y avait des chambres de libres. Nous avons fortement apprécié cela et ce fut le meilleur logement que nous avons pris de tout notre voyage en Chine. La chambre était immense et luxueuse

Good stay! But some wear and tear on the rooms electronics...
Pros:

Several english movies available in the TV.
Generally nice atmosphere.

Cons:

LED controls broken in one of the rooms. AC control is also not properly working.
LED shining annoys during night.
