Superbe hôtel avec bonne situation centrale
Pros:

Très bonne situation de l'hôtel, près de toutes commodités, restaurants, transport en commun, magasins. Déplacements à pied très facile.
Personnel ne parlant pas les langues étrangères mais très aimable et serviable, on utilise des traducteurs pour discuter et ce n'est pas un problème en soit. Hôtel avec des équipements très modernes et automatisés, confortables en tout point. Nous avions eu droit à un surclassement gratuit de notre chambre et c'était formidable. Une très belle vue sur la ville à travers notre chambre nous est offerte.

Cons:

Le system d'air conditionné n'est pas très optimal mais c'était suffisant pour nous car nous n'aimons pas les trop grands écarts de température. La salle de bain et la toilette étaient séparées par des vitres teintées de collants mais on voit quand même à travers (seulement la forme de notre corps). Cela peut manquer d'intimité pour certaines personnes.

- Breakfast was so good and there's a variety of hot and cold food.
- Staff were helpful and friendly
- There was a robot which delivers goods and food to deliver to your room

Excellent stay with wonderful staff
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at EBO Hotel. The staff were excellent, very kind, helpful, and professional. Everyone treated us warmly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious with a very good variety, and everything was clean, organized, and well maintained. The room was comfortable and the service was excellent throughout our stay. Thank you to the whole team for making our visit so pleasant. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Alright, but probably won't be back next time
Pros:

The location is great if you only have limited time to spend in Hangzhou, it is walking distance to West Lake, has a metro station just outside, nearby to bus stops that can take you to Lingyin Temple and a shared bike parking station.
The bed was comfortable and breakfast buffet was great.

Cons:

The small details are not well thought out. For example the vanity lighting is awful overhead light which gives terrible shadows and visibility if youre trying to do anything with your face in the mirror, the shower has a semi transparent wall directed toward the bed so your movements can be watched by anyone else in the room while showering, the soap dispenser seemed like something youd expect in a kids bathroom at a home, not a hotel (plastic with a worn off sticker on the front). And the extra hospitality was lacking, we had successfully been able to use our Australian plugs in a different hotel in Shanghai then found they wouldnt go in to any of the sockets in our room here, so asked for help and was given a single wall plug for a usb a cable (which all our cables were usb c so could not use our own) and the usb a to c cable given was about 10cm long. Asked for a longer cable and received a very long cable however it did not work at all. Between two people having to ration the charger was a little annoying. Also asked at the front desk to borrow umbrellas since it was raining and they handed us one which was broken and one which was stuck to itself and smelt like something vaguely rotting like it had had something split and go off in it. We only noticed this once opening the umbrellas outside to use them. These could have been avoided if there was a little more attention to the details like checking any cables given out are working, checking umbrellas are clean and not broken.

Pros:

離地鐵鳳起路D3出口近，有些景點有交通管制，可以利用地鐵移動很方便。從杭州東站過來不用換乘

Cons:

雖然有禁菸，但似乎仍會聞到些微菸味，不曉得哪裡飄過來的。以及晚上隔音效果不是很好
