I liked that I was very close to the Golden Temple and Shops
I paid for a room that I thought was exceptional, but unfortunately there was no fridge, and I had to get someone to clean the room, also the AC kept getting turned off and I had to keep asking for this to be turned on. Check before booking this hotel. I asked for a room with a balcony, but this was only available for an extra charges, also upgraded rooms. I feel like that I was had off for the room. The bathroom was appalling, I don't think I'll use this hotel again. They just think about Money than your comfort.
Amazing view however balcony is locked and isn’t always open.
Have been reviving a lot of scam messages and calls after this stay. Calls on my phone and emails also messages.
Liked the staff and the location the most.
Paid balcony price for the view of golden temple. Only set back was the view was beautiful but cannot go pass the glass door.
Location couldn't be better for Darbar sahib, literally on the doorstep.
Had a few issues with the laundry bill, which took a while to resolve.
The hotel is generally pleasant, staff are generally quite nice but when the laundry issue was raised with the night staff, the attitude wasnt the best.

Close to the Golden Temple
Duvet, pillow cases and bed sheets were all dirty. Shower curtain was extremely dirty from the bottom

Room is small just nice for 2 person with 2 luggage's...a 3rd luggage would have been fully congested with literally no space to move around.

The group of Luggage staff was aggressive when not tipped more upon leaving. Upon arrival I gave them 100 rupees to bring my two bags up the stairs to the entrance and they laughed amongst each other. When they brought my bags to my room I tipped them 500 rupees.
Balcony wasn’t private or open as thought. It is locked but, has a glass separation to view the view. One of the staff opened for us twice for about 40 minutes. He said no one is allowed because of past guest flying drones and he was doing us a favor by opening it for us. He also brought some guest to the balcony area while we were there. So it is not private. If you book both rooms as we did, you have the space in the glass area but, then they come and go to do maintenance or show the view.
Very Clean and comfortable room, Good location, in city center near Golden Temple and Market
The rooftop terrace is a private area for the room on the 4th floor; others cannot access it except with permission from the staff.
