Only the location was good
The most weird thing happened in this hotel as the glass door fell down into pieces. It could have seriously injured my family members. Inspite of this the hotel charged us extra. This was such a pathetic service. They did not come and even address the issue. Please look into this so that something serious accident could be avoided in future

Nothing much as it’s new , service staff is good helping when ever needed but the people at reception are rude and unprofessional. Hospitality they don’t even know just money .
As I checked inn enter the room it was clean but later after paying for 2 night realize that I make big mistake . Ladies hair were all around the floor which I think cleaning staff while swiping though down the bed . no water have to ask for water . TV isn’t working after asking he said channel issue but later asking ground staff they said it’s not working in any of the room .
reception person so rude and unprofessional he doesn’t even know how to behave , I ask can I get my refund so I can book another hotel as I am not satisfied with service and quality as per your hotel and the money I am paying and what Basic facilities now every single hotel proving . Towel doesn’t know when the last time it was clean blackish color like someone have wipe the floor and roll and keep it for use .
I Would definitely suggest book hotel close to golden temple there are hotel with good room and close to sight seeing .
not a comfortable 2 night and definitely will never recommend to anyone.
