Probably wouldnt stay again.On the upside the meal in the restaurant exceeded expectation

Wouldn't stay again
Pros:

Central location , hot water

Cons:

Toilet and cistern dirty, bathroom not clean, no bedside lamp so couldn't read. Very noisy, room next door had multiple visitors late, noisy vehicle doing donuts in car park

The location was great

Cons:

The room itself was dated, the shower over the bath had a window where the building across the way was clearly visible. Anyone looking over would have seen EVERYTHING above my waist. I had to put a towel up to block the view.
The carpets were dirty looking and the bathroom itself had very poor lighting.
We decided not to stay the 2nd night...No refund offered, it was worth it to not stay there again.

Host were good. Location was good.

Cons:

I understand that this accommodation is dated but the having a good clean would have been more ideal. Regardless of the cost the shelving and beside cabinet placemat should have been cleaner, mould on fabric is not nice. Little bit unsure about placement of microwave (outside the room) overall it is what it is i guess.

Very handy stop over for Christchurch airport
Pros:

Clean and comfortable with a restaurant which was very useful.

Cons:

Rather noisy as very close to railway line and busy road

This is a budget hotel, but the staff were great, the room clean and the restaurant food was good.
Pros:

Value for money, cleanliness, friendly staff. Its not a 5 star hotel (but neither are its prices). Good value for money and I'd stay there again.

Cons:

Everything was good.

Great place and would stay again
Pros:

Accommodation was what you would expect for the budget price. It was clean, comfy, but dated. The staff were amazing and when something was asked for (iron and board) they were quick to assist. The courtesy van saved the day for us during our stay and we were so glad we stayed here. The bar and extra amenities were convenient and added to the stay. Thanks so much PK!

Cons:

The weather was hot during our stay, a stronger fan in the room would have been great, but we spent our down time down stairs so it wasn’t so bad :)

Pros:

The room was well equipped with all the necessary appliances to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The fridge, toaster, electric kettle, and heater were a great plus. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of blankets to keep us warm. And clean place.

Cons:

Unfortunately, noise from other guests running in the hallway disrupted my sleep. It wasn't a problem with the hotel, but rather inconsiderate behavior from some guests.

I Would not come back here, disappointing as location is good.
Cons:

Stairs too steep, narrow and difficult with luggage
Electric blanket and light above bed don’t work
Window too tiny and high up so claustrophobic
Couldn’t shut window so in draught all night
Sheets and towel clean but No mirror in room
Shower fan fitting broken and lying in shower tray
Step up into shower far too high and nothing to hold on to
Taps too hard to press and hold
Smell of fat permeating building was sickening

В комнате тепло. Чисто. Внизу ресторан. Недорого, очень вкусно.

Cons:

Не соотвествует 5 звездам. Я бы дала 3 звезду. В ванне нет зеркала. Мебель устаревшая.
