Pros:

The allocated room (more like a storeroom cupboard afterthought!) had some kind of generator or aircon thing going all night and loud. No window to open for fresh air. A sick room. Should not be let. Got a nasty headache. Old toilet and health/safety non compliant shower room!

Cons:

Service in dining room good.

The restaurant an bar was great the meal was outstanding staff were friendly an lovely ,location was good

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable there was dead flys on window an also on one of the beds rooms a pretty average but ok for just one nite stay

Old and tired.
Pros:

Location was central.

Cons:

The room was old and the smell of cooking from the downstairs kitchen permeated the whole room. It was so bad that we had to open a window altho it was 12C at night and our clothes smelt of it.

The whole bathroom was very old style with a small but high tub. It would be difficult for older customers to get in and out of the tub.

Furthermore the corridors to the rooms were dimly lighted so it was difficult to see where to put the room keys into the lock.

Disappointing as I had booked on previous reviews. Sadly, I cannot recommend.
Pros:

Clean and comfy beds. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Noisy trains opposite. Kettle didn't work (I went to sleep as id travelled far). TV didn't work which was annoying. I wanted to relax. Several plugs didn't work.

Hotel rating was 5 star..I would rate it backpacker level..Rooms old poorly maintained,toilet dirty,Lino in bathroom cracked.

Wouldn't stay again
Pros:

Central location , hot water

Cons:

Toilet and cistern dirty, bathroom not clean, no bedside lamp so couldn't read. Very noisy, room next door had multiple visitors late, noisy vehicle doing donuts in car park
