Lovely staff and nice location but nothing else

Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfectly located near the beach and shopping/bars area. The parking area is very convenient!

Cons:

The room was not very clean. People with a dog must have been there before us, as you could see hair on the carpet. The bathroom was not very clean either. The bed in our bedroom was old and uncomfortable. In the rooms, a general refurbishment would be required as you could see signs of wear and tear. Also at breakfast (which is available from 8-10) at 9:15 most hot options were finished and were not replenished.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenhalt mit gutem Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war simpel, aber sauber und aufgeräumt. Positiv überrascht war ich von der Flexibilität bzgl Uhrzeit des Check-in und vor allem von der grossen Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Mit einem solchen Frühstück hätte ich nicht gerechnet. Gerne wieder!

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, insgesamt aber komplett okay für den Preis.

We appreciated the service, the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness, the meals and the location.
Pros:

Clean room and modern bathroom wit an Italian shower. The two connecting rooms were a plus. Very good breakfast with gluten free alternatives. Excellent dinner at the restaurant. Close to the seawall.

Cons:

The rooms facing the street are quite noisy and you can feel the vibrations of the tram when it basses by.
