Pros:

Zona in care este situat hotelul, langa un parc, felul în care este decorata camera și priveliștea acesteia, personalul serviabil de la recepție.

Cons:

Fiind situata la parter, camera a fost destul de zgomotoasă, iar saltelele nu au fost unele dintre cele mai confortabile.
Meniul restaurantului hotelului, deși tradus și în limba engleză, este relativ greoi de citit, paginile fiind închise la culoare, iar literele meniului nu foarte lizibile.

Liniște, pat mare și confortabil, lenjerii și prosoape albe, curat și miros plăcut. Și cald in camera, când afară a fost frig. Sigur vom reveni!

Locația este frumoasă, pitoreasca, camera este curată, debitul la dus este impresionant. Copiii au fost încântați de păuni, iepurași și găinușele de la mica fermă.

Cons:

Cred că ar trebui aerisit mai mult și mai des clădirea întrucât este un miros statut, închis (dar parfumat).

Всичко беше отлично - чиста, уютна и просторна стая, учтив персонал, страхотна огромна градина с люлки и катерушки за децата, красиви алеи и уникални гледки, храната в ресторанта е разнообразна и вкусна. На живо е по-хубаво, отколкото на снимките 😊

Хотела е хубав , персонала е много любезен мястото е превъзходно и отново ще го посетим след време.

Cons:

Ако има възможност в механата да ни приготвят закуска за из път в тарелка понеже съпругата ми след това пътува дълго време с влак. Разбира се ние ще си го платим това.

Pros:

Много добра локация в центъра на Арбанаси. Персонала е отзивчив. Стаята е комфортна и достатъчно голяма. Има голям паркинг . Приятно място ако искате спокойствие и тишина. Храната в заведението е доста вкусна и традиционна българска кухня, закуската също беше доста богата. Персонала в заведението е много усмихнат и готов да помогне.

Daca nu eram cu un grup de prieteni, sejurul ar fi fost ratat.
Pros:

locatia este amplsata intr o zona minunata, insa serviciile de masa a fost foarte slabe. La micul dejun nu au servit decat oua si 2 feluri de mezeluri de slaba calitate, branzeturile fiind la fel de slabe calitativ.
