AVOID THIS HOTEL if you want a good night and stay in Munich.

AVOID THIS HOTEL, if you want to have a correct stay without stress.
There was no way to get support after the closing hours. And even when the reception was open again, it wasn't possible for their team to do anything.
Imagine you woke up at 6 AM, worked since 7AM, came to the hotel later after a long work day and after a run want a hot shower. But that was not possible, there was an issue with the water. Issues can happen, but the problem was, Ibis didn't care about it, didn't provide support (because it's cheaper), neither wanted to change my reservation and also said they would do nothing about it and not provide any later support, discount, nor reimbursement.
