Hotel ten wybraliśmy na wyjazd służbowy w parę osób. Jednego ze współpracowników pogryzły pluskwy. Mieliśmy prawo wyrazić w Google opinię na ten temat, jednakże obsługa w bardzo nieuprzejmy sposób przyjmowała krytykę, która była stwierdzeniem faktów. Nawet jeśli pluskwy nie były stricte w moim pokoju, tylko koleżanki obok, to pluskwy są dosyć ruchliwe i mobilne, a także świadczą o braku czystości obiektu. Pan który odpisuje na opinie pisze o nie wyolbrzymianiu problemu. Nieakceptowalne. Nie polecam.
