Location was good,room was spacious

Cons:

They don't have their own restaurant in working condition.Dinner need to be ordered from outside and that also take around 1.5hr for delivery.No one inform you about this before booking.No proper board for property direction.

Exquisite location, beautiful views, spacious rooms
Pros:

Nestled among dense mango trees on a hill, the resort location is just perfect! Away from the buzz of the main beach and yet not too far. Karle lake, a clean and serene reservoir, is a great surprise especially for birders. Jack (the house labrador) is a wonderful company. Studio is very spacious and offers unmatched beachside view from above.

Meals are served on pre-order basis only.

20 minute drive away from the beach, the food was below average. Clean property.
Pros:

Buffet breakfast - Options on Tuesday were Poha, Misal Pav, Bread with butter / jam. I believe coffee and tea were arranged as well.

Cons:

We upgraded to a sea view room but the property is pretty far away from the sea with the main attraction of the view being a very small part of it.

We expected a bit more. But a decent view though.

For dinner we pre-booked sea food thalis. So far, in all my Konkan belt trips, this was the worst fish prep I have ever had.

Pros:

Bedsheets could have been better. Breakfast spread could be better. Expensive for the price paid
