Pros:

So herzliches Personal, ein liebevolles Frühstück. Das familiäre Umfeld lässt einen schnell darüber hinwegsehen, dass die Zimmer bereits ziemlich abgewohnt sind.

Wie immer - wie fühlen uns wohl.
Pros:

Gutes deutsches Frühstück was (fast) keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das ganze Hotel ist familiär geführt, zwar schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber liebevoll eingerichtet und mit sehr freundlichem Personal ausgestattet.

Cons:

Es fehlt der Aufzug, aber das wird wohl auch in Zukunft so bleiben. Wir werden zukünftig trotzdem in der Postkutsche übernachten, wenn wieder ein Besuch in Dortmund angesagt ist.

Es war sauber. Frühstück gut und reichlich Auswahl. Personal und Gastgeberin sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Es ist nahe eines Park, wo es auch bis in die Nacht laut ist 🤷‍♀️ aber da können die Betreiber des Hotels nichts machen.

Aufgrund der perfekten Lage, gute Anbindung mit der Bahn zum Stadion und dicht an der Autobahn. War das ein großer Pluspunkt.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltigen.
Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider sind die Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch ist es sehr hellhörig.
