Location was nice and it was very spacious.
The master bedroom is completely open. The toilet and shower should be barricaded or closed off separately. We had to request for extra bed sheets which we put over the wooden rafters to separate the open toilet and shower from the bedroom.
Further, the place caters for 10 people. When we arrived there, there wasn't sufficient wine, champagne, whiskey glasses. Also cutlery was not sufficient for 10 people. We had several calls with the reception to bring these items to us, which they did.

Good pricing, nice size to the property and very ideally located for our local trip
The house smelled. We never got the home refreshed in our ENTIRE stay, no one came to bring fresh towels or clean... ever.
The pool was super green, we had to ask to have this resolved.
All the kitchen equipment was greasy we had to rewash things to use them.
There was an entire breakfast menu that we found later on in a kitchen drawer but we were only told about one adult option that was full swing for everyone including 3 kids between 2 and 8.
The bedrooms are decent but the bathrooms are quite alarming

They should have a fully fledged restaurant for dinner, they tend to close the kitchen early.

Perfect Location, Friendly Staff, Great Great Food. Rooms are spacious and well kept.
Breakfast buffet was lacking cutlery, plates, sauces and condiments. Every morning we had to ask for cutlery, jams, butter, sauces and coffee. A well stocked buffet would have reduced us having to bother the waitress the entire time. Perhaps if a senior staff member should be present during meal service to ensure attention to detail.
