Personal sehr herzlich, unterstützend und geduldig. Chef auch... ich hatte paar extra Wünsche

friendly staff, wonderful food in on site restaurant.
Pros:

staff were great, food amazing, breakfast tasty, staff accomodating, located in short distance to shops, restaurants and ski facilities.

Cons:

comfier beds, we all had a hard time on the hard beds. But it's not a complaint, just an observation.
