Very kind and helpful staff. The accommodation is comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The location is great for exploring on foot, as well as for access to public transportation.

destul de variat. Hotelul dispune de un mini car, cu care transporta turiștii aproape de centru, am apreciat acest lucru. Am ajuns dimineața în jurul orei 5, și am fost cazați, acest lucru m.a determinat să.i acord nota 10 acestui hotel. Recomand cu încredere, noi suntem la a treia vizita😊

Our stay at Hotel Opatija in Istanbul was nothing short of exceptional. I would easily rate it 10 out of 10, especially for the amazing hospitality and the perfect location: everything was conveniently close, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Every area, from the rooms to the common spaces, was maintained to the highest standard. I was also pleasantly impressed that the hotel has separate garbage collection, which shows real care for sustainability and organization. Interestingly, this is something we did not see very often in other places we visited in the city, such as restaurants, public spaces, or sightseeing areas so it made the hotel stand out even more.

The breakfasts were truly mesmerising, prepared by Turkish chefs and filled with authentic Turkish delights and flavors. The variety, freshness, and presentation made every morning special. One morning even included a San Sebastián cheesecake, which was absolutely exquisite and an unforgettable treat.

What impressed me the most, however, was the hotel staff. I am honestly speechless when it comes to describing their warmth and hospitality. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went far beyond what one would normally expect to make sure every guest felt welcomed and cared for.

A special note of gratitude: The hotel is part of the Baron hotel chain, and during our stay our family experienced an unpleasant situation. The owner personally stepped in and supported us in an extraordinary way. He helped with contacting and communication with the police, constantly checked on us, and made sure we felt safe and supported. He even provided complimentary food and treats, doing everything possible so that we would not feel any negativity from the situation. His kindness, humanity, and genuine care meant more to us than words can express. Without his support, we would not have been able to overcome this difficult moment.

O surpriza frumoasa in istanbul, hotel nou cu camere curate si confortabile, izolare fonica foarte buna, paturi foarte bune, mic dejun variat, parcare in imediata apropiere.

Recomand acest hotel, zona excelenta, personalul foarte primitor, curatenie zilnica in camera, micul dejun variat iar plusul cel mare consider ca il are parcarea care nu este pe strada, au un spațiu amenajat pentru asta.
Deci o opțiune foarte bună, as reveni cu drag.

The hotel is excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and we truly enjoyed talking with them. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is exceptional, with a wide variety of high-quality options. The location is also excellent and very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back again.
