Superb location, friendly staff and clean rooms.
Pros:

Amazing location and stunning view of the beach. Very friendly staff. Nice continental breakfast. Clean rooms.

Cons:

A couple of nights were noisy outside but this was expected.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato fantastico!
Pros:

Posizione ottima, camera molto bella , noi abbiamo preso una delle camere vista mare ed era spettacolare e soprattutto pulita. Il titolare gentilissimo e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta.

The staff were amazing. Manuel was very helpful and informative. Jamie managed to book us a bus going to the airport. Everyone was lovely.

To be honest, I got the best service, entering the hotel I got this guy, I don’t know his name but he worked at the reception, I got help with a big smile on his face and he explained EVERYTHING, where I should go, places near and gave me some recommendations, then we have this lovely Colombian lady at the breakfast, Edna, she was fantastic, the room was fantastic and it was so comfortable, near the beach and the center, you have so many restaurants to go and stores. I just stayed here for 3 nights but wow, the staying, the room, the people, I already miss it. It was a solo trip I had and I going definitely come back!

Cons:

Since it is in the very center the people are loud outside at night and you can hear cars and other things so it was a little bit hard for me to sleep the last night but I had a lovely staying here

Tolle Lage - gut für einen Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Es war unser erster Urlaub in Benidorm, und das Hotel hat wirklich eine tolle, zentrale Lage. Es war direkt in der Altstadt und man konnte von dort aus zu beiden Promenaden hin fußläufig eine Strecke laufen.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten, und dieses war nicht schallisoliert. Das bedeutet, bedeutete, dass wir Probleme hatten mit dem Schlaf. Hier wäre eine Schallisolierung der Fenster dringend angeraten, damit man abends gut schlafen kann.

Hôtel magnifique en bord de plage.
Pros:

Emplacement exceptionnel au bord de la plage et direct sur la rue piétonne touristique. L’accueil des 2 réceptionnistes toujours souriants.

Cons:

Trop bruyant la nuit, surtout coté cour, où on entend tout dans la rue.
