Pros:

Los balcones del hotel están encima de las palmeras del parque de Elche, por lo que tu visión domina todo el largo de la playa de Poniente (a más altura, más visión).
Lo que más hay que destacar es el saber hacer de todo el personal, el querer hacer una estancia agradable a los clientes. Guardar en la memoria las peculiaridades alimenticias de los clientes y proporcionartelas con una sonrisa.

La perfección al mejor precio.
Pros:

No hay una cosa sola, son todas. Trato exquisito, comida deliciosa, personal muy atento. Una limpieza que da gusto. No sé por qué no tiene 4 estrellas.

Cons:

El horario de la cena es demasiado temprano para nuestras costumbres españolas.

Pedimos exclusivamente cama de matrimonio y al llegar nos dijeron que estaba sujeto a disponibilidad y que no estaba disponible; nos pusieron para una pareja dos camas juntas que no paraban de separarse, incómodas, nos dejamos el cuello y la espalda y no parábamos de caernos por el hueco de la cama al dormir
