Хороший отель, по цене и качеству соответсвует.

месторасположение, завтраки

Cons:

Из-за грязи местами трудно было подойти в гостиницу. Можно бы провести тропинки к гостинице.

администрация оперативно решило проблему и нашим детям предоставили номер с хорошей скидкой

удобная кровать, расположение отеля

Cons:

При бронировании было указано, что в в улучшенном семейном номере на 4 человек имеются одна двуспальная кровать и две односпальные кровати. По факту оказалось, что вместо двух односпальных кроватей есть диван, на котором можно спать только при росте меньше 160 см, а у наших детей рост 172-180 см

Cons:

Кровати очень неудобные, жестко лежать, подушки ужасные. В одном из наших номеров не было чайника и стаканов. Завтрак средненький.

В гостинице всё хорошо, отдохнули прекрасно, но так как повар приезжает из города, завтрак подают позже, и лучше было бы

Находится около озера Боровое, очень красиво

Cons:

До Поляны Абылай хана и до станции Курорт-Боровое нужно добираться на такси межгород, ищешь такси за дополнительную плату, далековато.
