Pros:

Полотенца и постельное бельё - чистые, в номере зубной набор, гель для душа, шампунь, тапочки. И очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал.

Cons:

Номерной фонд конечно требует ремонта.

Один из бюджетных вариантов в Боровом, я бронировала для родителей и они провели неделю. Девушки на ресепшен приветливые и разрешали вопросы и просьбы по мере поступления. Номер был хороший, теплый

Cons:

Уборку пришлось звать самим по истечении 2-3 суток проживания. Ранее читала отзывы про хорошие добротные домашние завтраки, но по факту оказались скудными, не оказалось того что было описано в предыдущих отзывах. Только каша и чай или яйца и чай. Было бы хорошо немного разнообразить его.

администрация оперативно решило проблему и нашим детям предоставили номер с хорошей скидкой

При бронировании было указано, что в в улучшенном семейном номере на 4 человек имеются одна двуспальная кровать и две односпальные кровати. По факту оказалось, что вместо двух односпальных кроватей есть диван, на котором можно спать только при росте меньше 160 см, а у наших детей рост 172-180 см
