Important information:

Upon arrival, guests are requested to ask for the gardener, at the on-site plant shop.

If the shop is closed, please proceed to Hotel Le Berger, where a 24-hour reception is at your service.

Please note that, upon requests, baby cots are available at a maximum of 1 per room. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs.

If guests do not have a credit card, the payment will be requested upon check-in. A deposit will also be required upon check in. Please contact the property for more information.

No significant. The location is nice but it is also expensive

Cons:

There was no guest sheet set for one of the main bed, neither blanket prepared for it. We booked a room for 3 people but was only ready to host 2. This is annoying and not friendly. In addition, the room is super noisy due to people running on the upstairs. There shall be some reminders to those guests upstairs

The location is really good. Short walk to some locations or a nearby bus stop. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok. The room was quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

There was no garden view as advertised. The room has the bare minimum.

Great, they have a great lobby, the staff was charming and the room were clean

Nice room but but chilly
Pros:

It was a very nice modern room and I liked it a lot. Close to the city centre and bus stop closeby. We could store our luggage at the hotel after checkout so we could explore the city.

Cons:

The window door was open the whole night as I guess this was left by the staff to freshen up the room before we entered but since we visited end of January I would expect to enter a cosy room. Because the window was hidden behind the curtain i only realised that it was open in the morning. It was a bit of a chilly night for my liking because of that.
