Una settimana in Alta Val Venosta
Pros:

Hotel confortevole in centro a Burgusio ma con un comodo garage privato. La infinity pool è molto grande e bellissima anche con idromassaggio esterno. Ottima la temperatura dell'acqua e bella la SPA. Ottima e varia la prima colazione con ricco buffet e buona la cena (manca un buffet di verdure ma ottimi i dolci!) che si possono fare anche su una bellissima terrazza. Ottimo il servizio del ristorante, personale sempre gentile e disponibile. La camera non molto spaziosa ma pulita e bel terrazzo con lettini in alcune camere.

Cons:

L'arredamento delle camere è un po' spartano per un 4 stelle superior, mancano i cassetti per riporre la proprie cose dato che non c'è un armadio ma solo scaffali dietro una tenda ed in alcune camere manca il bidet.

Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Ausgezeichnete Lage, leckeres Essen, wunderschönes Pool!
Pros:

Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft! Alles frisch, oder frisch zubereitet. Qualität der Produkte war ausgezeichnet.
Und sehr freundliches Personal, besonders ist der Barkeeper zu erwähnen!

Cons:

Nur das Kissen war sehr unbequem. Wir beide hatten Nackenschmerzen bekommen.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, die Aussicht vom Pool & von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend schön, es gefällt mir auch besonders, dass das Frühstück mit soo vielen regionalen Produkten angeboten wurde & zudem alles super lecker. Das selbstgemachte Eis nachmittags am Pool war eine nette Überraschung & Genuss pur. Super nettes & freundliches Personal, es war wirklich der gesamte Aufenthalt ein Highlight.

Tolles Hotel, wo man sich uneingeschränkt wohlfühlen kann. Sehr großes Zimmer mit schönem Balkon, ganz hervorragendes Essen, toller Wellness- und Gartenbereich. Insgesamt ein hochwertiges und stilsicheres Ambiente.

ALLES! 🤩 Ich durfte ein wunderschönes Wochenende mit meiner Mama in eurem Hotel verbringen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Soggiorno di 2 notti veramente top...
Massima cura di ogni dettaglio, staff attentissimo ma tutto in un'atmosfera Easy e rilassata.
L'app che hanno per comprare diversi servizi é molto utile, soprattutto se vuoi ordinare un drink in piscina o in camera.
Tornerò per provare la cucina alla carta perché le due sere del mio soggiorno il ristorante gourmet era chiuso (apre da mercoledì a domenica)
In ogni caso lo staff di cucina é lo stesso quindi si mangia in modo divino in ogni giorno della settimana

Das Servicepersonal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen ist ein echtes Highlight! – Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Der Ort selbst ist idyllisch und lädt zum Entspannen ein - mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge. Besonders ist auch das Bauernhof-Flair direkt neben dem Hotel, das dem Aufenthalt eine charmante, ländliche Atmosphäre verleiht.

Zusätzlich bietet das Hotel ein tolles Angebot an Aktivitäten, das wir sehr gerne genutzt haben – abwechslungsreich, liebevoll organisiert und absolut empfehlenswert. Ein rundum wunderbarer Aufenthalt!

- Bei dem Bauernhof Flair, sollte man mit ein paar Fliegen, im Wellness Bereich mehr rechnen.

Ankommen - Einchecken - Entspannen und dies ab der ersten bis zur letzten Minute

Es gab aus unserer Sicht nichts auszusetzen. Gastfreundschaft im höchsten Mass, das Essen ein Traum das Hotel eine Perle im Südtirol
