Best Value Resort in Vagator
Pros:

The place is amazing in terms of value that it offers - be it the location, the rooms in vintage Portuguese architecture with high ceilings or the service/privacy that you get from the staff here. We absolutely loved our stay here - it’s literally 5 mins away from all the hotspots - Vagator beach/market, Orzan party district, Anjuna as well as Chapora. It can’t get more authentic than this. Their water villas are the best IMO.

Cons:

Not much here, it’s really pretty amazing.

Posizione e complesso esteticamente molto carino. Parte dello staff cortese e disponibile.

Cons:

Mancava l’acqua calda, dopo la segnalazione del primo giorno non é stato fatto nulla ed è rimasta fredda anche il secondo (e ultimo) giorno.
Abbiamo trovato due scarafaggi in camera e gentilmente ci hanno cambiato la stanza.

Просторный номер с высокими потолками. Стилизация под старую португальскую усадьбу. Персонал приятный. Бассейн чистый. Приносят полотенца для бассейна по запросу. Есть оплата картой по терминалу. Размещение в стороне от основной улицы. Есть парковка. Можно заказать еду в номер.

Cons:

Дороговато, дороже чем на юге. Смотрел цены после заезда и они уже были сильно ниже. Отсутствие полочки в душе. Глючный телевизор которым просто невозможно пользоваться. Шумные соседи по гостинице)

Pros:

The layout is great. More like a little collection of villas and rooms, a pool overlooking the jungle. It’s well built so you won’t hear the neighbours normally. Suuuuuuper clean. The staff are lovely and helpful. It’s at the end of a road so it’s nice and quiet but close to lots of cafes and things.

Cons:

One room was next to the pool pump so was a bit noisy but they kindly moved our room. As well, the rooms don’t have transparent windows so you can feel a bit shut in, though the rooms are very big inside. As well, they don’t allow you to use any other taxi service except theirs which is of course more expensive. But these are small things and overall we loved our stay there.

The property is good and has the potential to become a good hotel.

Cons:

Terrible crowd. There was a group of 5-6 men staying there who even got a girl from outside to be with them in the swimming pool. They constantly drank and smoked, and played loud music all night. We were afraid about the safety of our daughters and asked them not to leave their room. The whole night we could not sleep and left in the morning as soon as we could. The staff tried to stop these guys from playing loud music, but that did not help. I believe that the owner should have taken stricter action against such a crowd.

Very clean and spacious rooms. The location is perfect for a noise free night yet super accessable to the club lane.

Clean and spacious rooms. We stayed in a studio and it had a well appointed a kitchen as well. The location is great for access to RAEETH and other night spots in that late.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet area.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful. The pool inviting. Best hotel I've stayed in on this trip in Goa. In a quiet area. The bed was comfortable and huge. Room service was very organised and quick. The food I ordered was good.

Cons:

The reception girl was not very welcoming at all. Not even a smile. The other staff I had interactions with were very sweet. I accidentally broke a cup and they charged me rs.250 for it. I thought that was a bit unfair considering the day before I had to put up with 5 drunk boys in the pool screaming and shouting in the morning for over an hour.

Great property and nice large rooms very beautiful and well maintained
Pros:

Nice large rooms, very comfortable. Clean and nice bathrooms with hair dryer provided
Housekeeping was done well.
Also nice swimming pool though small
Very pretty old style architecture

Cons:

Breakfast included was at Grand Leony, not within the premises. And it was quite average. Better to go out and enjoy breakfast at one of the many small places.
Also current goes off in between but that’s Goa
