It is nearer to the railway station so better accessibility.

Cons:

The room wasn't good to look at.
No hot water available, refused to provide saying solar panel is not charged you won't get hot water now.

Good for a night stay near station. Good for families also. Neat.
Pros:

Budget hotel near railway station. Though room was small ok for a night's stay. Budget friendly . No breakfast here. No good hotels nearby. But restaurants available in 1 km walking distance.
