Cons:

Na, ja das Hotel ist in die Tage gekommen. Vor 30 Jahren war es sicher ein Luxustempel.
Bei uns war erst das 3. Zimmer akzeptabel
Der Taxifahrer meinte, dass das Hotel demnächst geschlossen und abgerissen werden würde. Dies erklärt Einiges.
Allerdings war der Preis recht hoch und nicht dem Zustand des Hotels angemessen.

Pros:

We had the honeymoon suite and the suite is super spacious. The whirlpool is nice but older. The bed is a "floor" bed which I personally don't like but it was ok. Balcony and view is absolutely stunning. The interior is a bit out of date which makes the suite a bit pricey.. there could be done a bit more. Restaurant is really good and also their view is amazing. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Nothing is bad but the hotel is a bit outdated and could use some investment. All in all there is nothing major just some small adjustments to better the whole experience.

Super, klassiek en prachtig.
Pros:

Alsof je in een tijdmachine terug de jaren 80 in gaat.
Super netjes en schoon, heel klassiek en prachtige locatie.
Eten was ook goed maar beetje prijzig.

Cons:

Moest even wachten voordat er iemand van de receptie aanwezig was en de deur kon openen, als het niet regende was er geen probleem.

Pros:

Amazing location and stunning view, provided your room is facing the lake, not the street.
Also, staff was super friendly and helpful at all times.

Cons:

Unfortunately hygiene was apparently not a priority. Even found make-up marks on the pillow...
The room fittings seem rather dated, and would probably require some renovation, especially the bathroom.
The breakfast was quite disappointing, especially for a 4 star hotel in Switzerland.
