I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
Pros:

Such a sweet place - great location, excellent service, darling rooms. We loved our stay - there is a cozy bar with great food or an outside picnic area. The rooms were small but well appointed.

Cons:

No complaints!

A lovely nights stay in a gorgeous place
Pros:

We had a fantastic welcome and our bicycles were stored safely overnight for us.
Our room was cosy and nicely decorated with everything we needed for a nightsstay on a cycle touring holiday.
Our evening meal in the restaurant was really good and we so enjoyed our breakfast of kippers and scrambled egg in the morning - thank you.

Pros:

Great location in Findhorn Bay - ideal for a stroll around the beach and dunes. We had a nice welcome on arrival and interaction with the staff in the bar and restaurant was great all evening. Basic, but clean and comfortable en-suite room

A lovely characterful pub and rooms with excellent staff and fresh food.
Pros:

A very good welcome, including our dog. Bed was very comfortable. View of Findhorn and the sea was as advertised. Close to the beach for walks. All staff we met were excellent. The breakfast was also excellent and freshly cooked. Must mention the toast. It was hot!. Stayed so often in all class of hotels where it seems the toast was prepared the night before and is more akin to cardboard. So well done to Crown & Anchor. Lots of character within this 17th century building. Will stay again.

I enjoyed my stay in the Crown and Anchor.
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner both very good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good location and atmosphere.

Cons:

The room was very small but as it is a very old building then this was to be expected. I was under the impression that breakfast was included in room price as I was asked every evening for my order.

A delightful place to stay in Findhorn and just a few minutes by car to the Findhorn eco-village.
Pros:

The room was adorable - small, but the window opened for fresh air, the shower was hot and the beds very comfy. Nice little touches like cookies, coffee and tea.

Cons:

Nothing to say here - I think they represented themselves well and I was so pleased with our stay.
