It was ok for just sleeping there.
Pros:

It was clean enough when we arrived and the room was recently renovated. The location is great for the tiny city.

Cons:

- There was no cleaning service, only towels replaced.
- The heating broke down two nights in a row
- There was a toilet odor on the floor and grease odor in the entrance.
- The furniture was pretty run down.
- Personel was difficult to find

Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang vom Hotelbesitzer Burbaum - sehr zuvorkommend und machte uns mit der verwinckelten Bauweise des alten aber schönen Gebäudes bekannt. Wir bekamen ein frisch renoviertes geräumiges Zimmer mit einem schönen Designer-Bad. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen ließ keine Wünsche offen und hatte u.A. sogar Räucherlachs vorrätig.
Auch waren in der Altstadt Parkplätze vorhanden!

Smart tv zu haben war echt super das heutige tv Programm kann man sich einfach nicht mehr antun

Cons:

Schallisolierung der Zimmer wäre super man könnte den Zimmernachbarn hören auch beim duschen. Personal war nur mal zusehen wenn sauber gemacht wurde ansonsten musste man anrufen wenn man ein Anliegen hatte, beim Frühstück war auch keiner da da hieß es Selbstbedienung

Nettes Personal.Die Lage sehr zentral

Cons:

War sehr kalt weil die Heizung nur ein Drittel warm wurde. Das Wasser der Dusche war nur lauwarm.

Pros:

Sehr sehr freundliches Personal. Obwohl wir sehr spät ankamen , wurde uns genau über ein Video erklärt wie wir in das Zimmer kommen.
Zimmer total schön gerichtet und alles sehr sauber und neu.
Auch am nächsten Morgen wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und durften unsere Koffer noch stehen lassen.
Sehr zu empfehlen.
