Pros:

The Location of the hotel is incredible ( near the station and the Arno river side), and the suite was very large and comfortable.

Cons:

The cleanliness was not up to the standard expected for a suite (there were stains on the floor) and the shower door did not close properly. In addition, the room had no soundproofing (we could hear people talking in the hallway as if they were inside the room, as well as people outside the building on the street). It's a shame because with a few small changes, it would be a perfect room.

La ubicación excelente, a 10 minutos de todo!! La habitación súper acogedora😊Y el personal muy agradable!!

Cons:

Lo único malo es que cuando te duchabas se llenaba el suelo del baño de agua, ya se lo comentamos a la chica y espero que lo puedan arreglar, todo lo demás genial!

Bagno terrificante: bidè solo acqua fredda, bagno con carta da parati staccata, sciacquone doccia a metri 1,20, muri sporchi per vecchie infiltrazioni. Camera molto rumorosa per le pompe di calore. Veramente una brutta vetrina per Firenze.

La posizione era ottimale, a 10 minuti di cammino dal centro. Personale cordiale e disponibile

Cons:

Struttura vecchia, in bagno il rubinetto del lavandino stava in piedi a malapena, la porta della doccia era rotta, la carta da parati alle piastrelle tutta scollata. Manca il termosifone in camera e la pompa di calore presente non funzionava. Nel corridoio della struttura la moquette era tutta scollata. Non si direbbe fosse un albergo.
