Pros:

La cama y las vistas desde el balcón. La situación del hotel es buena.

Cons:

El baño estaba sucio,los interruptores rotos,el toilette se movía,el agua de la ducha no era lo suficientemente caliente. Y la wifi ni conectaba.
Escribí un WhatsApp al recepcionista y me contestó el día siguiente.
Y cada recepcionista te daba un horario de check out.
Calidad precio muy caro.

Great location. Some minor disappointment.
Pros:

The hotel was a 10min walk away Santa Maria Novella Station.
The receptionist Emmanuelle was very welcoming and friendly.
The bathroom was fine.

Cons:

The room was a bit dusty and dark.
There was no complimentary water/coffee.
1 electric socket next to the bedside was not working.

Conveniently central, but that‘s it. No hot water, strange decoration (black walls), and no personnel out of office hour

Located conveniently near to the station, food and center is near. Tidy.

Cons:

The decoration (black walls) reminds of weary movies, the shower is anything but hot. Plus: areiving late was quit complicated to solve.

El peor hotel en el que he estado.
Pros:

La ubicación, nada más.

Cons:

Olía la habitación a caca, delante de la habitación había unas máquinas que hacían ruido toda la noche, como si estuvieran dentro de la habitación.
Humedades, papel de las paredes levantado, provocando que objetos como el espejo estuviera a punto de caerse y ser peligroso. Las instalaciones muy viejas y dejadas.
El hombre de recepción una actitud pésima, pasando de todo y dejando las mochilas en el hall delante de la vista de todos, sin ningún tipo de supervisión, sin ayudarnos a algunas dudas que teníamos, deplorable.
