Bellissimo!!
Pros:

Location was great - nice proximity to station, Duomo, leather market, dining etc - room size was excellent, wi-fi was good, and staff were lovely.

A perfect base for Florence on foot during a hot summer
Pros:

The location was blissful, the room was a great size. Had all the things you need, comfortable and cheery and simple. Aircon was great for mid July and elevator a welcome reprieve for the feet. Breakfast was a delight, and the little balcony just beautiful. It felt like staying somewhere where the people working there cared about you and your family.

Cons:

Nothing at all. It was perfect for the four of us across two rooms.

Mükemmeldi. Çok memnun kaldık.
Pros:

Konumu harikaydı. Bir çok önemli yere yürüme mesafesinde ve tren istasyonuna yakınlığı da çok büyük bir artı. Şirin bir aile işletmesi, hepsi çok güleryüzlüydü. Odalar konforlu ve temiz. Kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi. Bir sonraki seyahatimde yine burada kalırım.

Cons:

Beğenmediğimiz pek bir şey olmadı. Sadece odamıza biraz merdiven çıkarak ulaşıyoruz. Valiz taşırken yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar ama yinede bir sonraki gelişimde alt kattan bir oda rica etmeyi düşünürüm.

It was close to SM Novella. It was small, cute. Rooms were clean and decent.

The check in is not 24 hours. So reach before 10.30.

Really nice family owned hotel, in central location
Pros:

Excellent location, very good room size, the owners and employees are really friendly and made us feel very welcomed. And the breakfast is excellent, with the home made tiramisu and a lot of options to choose.

Everyone gives you a very warm welcome. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms are comfortable.
Pros:

We were incredibly pleased with our 3-night stay at this hotel. Although our room wasn't ready when we arrived early, the complimentary coffee and permission to leave our luggage was a very kind gesture. The coffee instantly relieved all our fatigue, and we immediately started exploring the city. Since we were passing through a different city, our stay was only 5 minutes from the train station. Apart from that, it's within a maximum of 15-30 minutes of all the tourist attractions. The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious. We were truly delighted and can confidently choose this hotel. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Thank you!!

Výborná lokalita. Solídne raňajky, široký výber. Ochotný personál.

Cons:

Problém s parkovaním: 1. Hotel je v zóne s limitovaným prístupom vozidiel (ZTL). 2. Hotel zabezpečil parkovanie v garáži s potvrdením pre vstup do ZTL. Cena mala byť 30 EUR na 24 hodín. Ale nakoniec to bolo 35 EUR na deň bez ohľadu na počet hodín. Takže za 1,5 dňa sme platili 70 EUR. 3. Keď sme reklamovali cenu parkovania, na recepcii stratili potvrdenie z parkoviska. Potom nám z garáže nechceli vrátiť auto.

Konumu, görevlilerin ilgisi çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı mükemmeldi. Sandviçler ve tiramisu bayağı lezzetliydi. İşletme sahipleri beyefendi ve hanımefendi oldukça nazikti. Samimi yaklaşımlarını çok beğendik. Otelde ses ve gürültü gibi şey hiç olmadı. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.
