I’d stay here again if we come back to Florence
Pros:

Great location, just 5 mins walk from the station and close to lots of nice restaurants and bars. Comfy room with everything we needed.

Cons:

Entrance a little dated and the owner seemed distracted when we arrived.

Localización. La família Jolí, muy amables. Su desayuno,maravilloso. Nos encanto, desde el detalle en el balcón hasta la tarta a la crema de la Nona. Este sabor quedará en mi memória.

Cons:

Al principio el elevador nos dio miedito. Pero ya vimos que funciona a la perfección, aún siendo antiguo.

Will return to stay again.
Pros:

We feel welcomed. The owner’s daughter was very warm and kind. She also made us coffee and breakfast when we arrived early morning. She offered to have us checked in as soon as cleaning was completed but we didn’t want them to rush. She then offered to make us sandwiches for lunch but we had lunch plans. The breakfast next day was very lovely. We had a chance to access the terrace with a very nice view. We love this fish sandwiches. Everything is great and we had a lovely stay.

Oceniam mój pobyt w hotelu bardzo wysoko.
Pros:

Przepyszne śniadanie podawane przez bardzo miłą obsługę to świetny początek dnia. Lokalizacja obiektu jest znakomita, do każdej atrakcji jest rzut kamieniem. Po długim zwiedzaniu przepięknej Florencji miło schłodzić się w pokoju dzięki klimatyzacji. Oceniam mój pobyt w hotelu bardzo wysoko.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ideal – nur wenige Schritte vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Auch das Stadtzentrum ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, mit vielen selbstgemachten Speisen (probiert das Tiramisu!). Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und wir konnten unser Gepäck auch nach dem Check-out noch bis zum Abend dort lassen.

Unser Zimmer war sauber, gepflegt und mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet.

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Nachts ist ein Türöffner eines benachbarten Gebäudes auch bei geschlossenem Fenster deutlich hörbar. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte daher Ohrstöpsel mitbringen.

Personale super gentile
Pros:

Personale fin dall'arrivo sempre cordiale e gentile, colazione a buffet. Ottima la posizione vicino alla stazione dei treni. Camera dotata di ogni comfort e pulita. Se tornerò ha Firenze sicuramente alloggerò qui.
