Hostal correcto, sin mucho interés de los propietarios, bien ubicado, limpio. Desayuno malo.
Pros:

Es un hotel modesto, solamente correcto, nosotros solo íbamos a dormir. Habitación limpia, baño pequeño pero limpio, cambiaban las toallas cada día. Bien ubicado, tanto para llegar del aeropuerto como para visitar Florencia.

Cons:

El desayuno que ponían el la web como fabuloso, no lo es. Simplemente muy básico, no era apetecible. Echamos de menos atención en el hotel, no se interesaron por nosotros, no nos recomendaron nada, no había atención, nos dieron la llave de la habitación y ya. Tampoco había estancias comunes en el hotel.

Tutti molto gentili e disponibili
Pros:

La struttura andava molto bene, c’è solo un piccolo problema, ma poteva essere solo per la nostra stanza, il bagno era nuovo ma piccolissimo. Per il resto letto, pulizia, logistica e tantissimi posti per appoggiare i vestiti, inoltre la nostra camera era grande, poteva starci anche un altro letto, tutto ottimo. Non abbiamo fatto colazione in struttura quindi non posso giudicare.

Il bagno nuovo ma piccolino.

Ritorno a Firenze

È la seconda volta che scegliamo l'hotel joli per un soggiorno a Firenze
I motivi sono vari
Intanto la posizione comodissima per la vicinanza alla stazione di S.M. Novella (pur essendo in una via tranquilla) e per il centro che dista a poco più di una decina di minuti
Il prezzo ottimo visto il costo degli alloggi a Firenze. Abbiamo optato per la soluzione con colazione inclusa e siamo soddisfatti della scelta.

È in un palazzo d'epoca munito di ascensore anche lui retrò , affascinante
Il personale gentile e disponibile
Sicuramente nostro posto del cuore ogni volta che ritorneremo a Firenze

Localização, próximo ao centro histórico e a estação de trem.
Quarto muito confortável, até surpreende pelo prédio antigo, o quarto é todo reformado. Ar condicionado funcionando, chuveiro bom…

Cons:

Prédio bem antigo, elevador pré histórico, e modo de servir o café da manhã, fica uma pessoa e o cafe bem como as comidas são servidas por ela, o hóspede não tem acesso aos alimentos, tudo é necessário pedir, em horários de pico vira um caos, pois apenas 1 pessoa fica para fazer tudo, na maioria das vezes.
