Very clean, well maintained facility with a great friendly staff. Close proximity to the train station and public transportation.
Upon arrival, we were greeted very kindly by the staff, which immediately set a welcoming tone. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was extremely convenient and easy to get to—right in the center and directly across from the train station. Communication from the property in advance was excellent, which made the stay feel seamless. We really enjoyed our experience and would gladly recommend it to other travelers.
It could be a bit loud at times due to the nature of the building, but it wasn’t disruptive enough to affect our overall stay. It’s understandable given that guests are often arriving late from travel, so it helps to keep that in mind.

No saber de antemano que además del ascensor hay que sortear una escalera en la entrada.
Hotel en excelente ubicación a 3 minutos de la estación de tren y a menos de 10 minutos andando del Duomo. El personal encantador y el desayuno excelente con tartas caseras.
La habitación amplia y cómoda, te dejan una pava eléctrica y te de cortesía. A 2 min de l estación del tren y a 5 min de la catedral.

A 2 minuti dalla stazione, quindi comodo per le valigie, si sale con un'ascensore. Una volta entrati nella struttura sembra di essere in un'altro posto. Silenzioso, pulitissimo e tutti molto gentili e cordiali. La colazione offre dei dolci meravigliosi tutti fatti in casa dalla signora.
Siamo stati benissimo e non ho neanche un punto da criticare. SI vede che dietro a ogni gesto c'è passione.

Quarto muito confortável e limpeza nota 10. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos. É um prédio antigo, o elevador é pequeno e muito antigo, mas funciona bem.

Posizione perfetta per chi arriva in treno. Muovendosi a piedi in 10-20 minuti si raggiungono le principali attrazioni di Firenze.
Camera con bagno ampia e comoda. Colazione varia.
Il bagno era un po' freddo...
