Отличное местоположение, близко к центру, есть рядом супермаркеты, в номере чисто, всё есть, приятное чистое бельё, отличная цена.

Nice hotel room in goog location
Pros:

Host communicative, response quickly. The room is modern and comfortable, with mini fridge and water boiler. Location close to Ararat museum and Yerevan history museum, on the same street there are two supermarkets, bakeries and cafe.

Cons:

It is difficult to find, like most guest house and boutique hotels in Yerevan, no signage, but the host sent me a photo of the entrance and with that I can ask the locals and found it. Cash payment only!

Очень приятная девушка нас встретила. И в дальнейшем на все просьбы отвечала очень быстро. Поэтому если вам чего-то в номере не хватает, пишите , и все будет выполнено, если это в их силах. Возможно слышимость высокая, но нам повезло, соседей мы не слышали. Я рекомендую этот мини отель.

По возможности заменить подушки.

Gut für einen Zwischenstopp in Jerewan.
Pros:

Zentrumsnähe und Haltestelle Bus Nr. 100 von/zum Flughafen fußläufig erreichbar. Optimal für einen Zwischenstopp in Jerewan. Doppelbett mit guten Matratzen.

Cons:

Wir hatten Zimmer Nummer 4. Kleinere Bettgröße wäre es besser gewesen, weil das Bett den Laufweg zum Fenster blockiert. Kein Platz für einen Nachtisch auf der rechten Seite. Badvorleger fehlt. Fliegengitter ist nicht vorhanden.

Positiv erlebt und wieder gekommen
Pros:

Optimal und preiswert für eine Übernachtung zwischen den Flügen von/nach Russland, da Buslinie 100 von/zum Flughafen in der Nähe hält. Das Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig schnell erreicht. Carrefour, Bäcker sind um die Ecke.

Cons:

Eingeschränkte Bewegungsfreiheit in Zimmer 4.

People were smoking in the rooms which came into the room. The AC was really loud and barely managed to cool the room down
