Buena calidad-precio
Pros:

Se encuentra bien a la hora de hacer el checkin. Buena ubicación, a unos 15 min de sitios de interés aunque no es problema utilizando Yandex (taxi). Carrefour express a un minuto andando. Los taxis de Yandex tienen sitio para aparcar y recogerte bien. Bar de cerveza barata cerca. Aire acondicionado bien. Las camas cómodas.

Cons:

El baño emitía un olor fuerte de vez en cuando, entiendo que por las cañerías. La anfitriona no permite el pago con tarjeta y darle el dinero resultó ser un problema (en el último momento).

Pros:

Понравилось расположение, наличие уборки и смена белья.
В номере есть работающий холодильник и кондиционер.

Cons:

Низкая шумоизоляция: слышно не только из соседних номеров, но и с улицы.
Неудобно пользоваться душем, некуда поставить средства, шторка касается тела, вода проникает за пределы душевой зоны.

Неплохое месторасположение. До пл. Республики минут 15 неспешным шагом

Cons:

Хозяин не предоставил никакой информации по заселению. Долго не могли найти отель, так как вообще нет никаких опознавательеых знаков, вывески нет. Кое как с помощью прохожих мы нашли отель и связались с хозяйкой, которая после оплаты за проживание, так на связь и не вышла ни разу. Что касается самого номера: пол грязный, в туалете периодически пахнет канализацией, кондиционер хоть и работает, но конденсат выходит не на улицу, а капает прям на шкаф в номере, под шкафом лужа ни первой свежести. За 2 ночи заплатили 8600 руб.
