Very convenient location, in a lively area with tall buildings where kids often gather to meet and play. It also feels like there’s a kind of informal neighborhood watch by the residents, which is reassuring. I really appreciate this kind of genuine place.
Optimal und preiswert für eine Übernachtung zwischen den Flügen von/nach Russland, da Buslinie 100 von/zum Flughafen in der Nähe hält. Das Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig schnell erreicht. Carrefour, Bäcker sind um die Ecke.
Eingeschränkte Bewegungsfreiheit in Zimmer 4.
Zentrumsnähe und Haltestelle Bus Nr. 100 von/zum Flughafen fußläufig erreichbar. Optimal für einen Zwischenstopp in Jerewan. Doppelbett mit guten Matratzen.
Wir hatten Zimmer Nummer 4. Kleinere Bettgröße wäre es besser gewesen, weil das Bett den Laufweg zum Fenster blockiert. Kein Platz für einen Nachtisch auf der rechten Seite. Badvorleger fehlt. Fliegengitter ist nicht vorhanden.
People were smoking in the rooms which came into the room. The AC was really loud and barely managed to cool the room down
По чистоте, конечно, не супер. На унитазе были желтые капли… но персонал замечательный, заселили меня на несколько часов раньше, не прося предоплаты. Если нужно остановиться на день-два, то нормально.
