Pros:

All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bartender, Sandy was great we spent most of our stay at her bar. We will absolutely stay again on our next visit.

We love Cape May but we probably wouldn’t come back to Elaine’s. Sorry.
Pros:

Great location. Nice building.

Cons:

Too little water pressure in Room 19. Clean the shower head? Fair mattress & pillows. Too much light shining from the bathroom & the windows.

Very nice place, very nice people, I was extremely disappointed they decided to put me in that room.
Pros:

I ran into car trouble and was a bit later than expected (8-9pm); they waited for me and it was no issue. The room itself was pretty nice-- classical music and heat on in the room when I arrived was a VERY nice touch. The owners were very friendly, staff too. The location is absolutely perfect, outdoor bar areas are nice as it was packed inside usually (colder weather). I loved Faith (?) the bartender.

Cons:

Unfortunately, it completely sucked they placed me in a room right near an exit door. At first I thought it's probably rarely used, as it's in the back. It was used CONSTANTLY, and sometimes before 7am, being shut so loud right next to me. There's actually 2 doors, one would slam and then the other. No sleeping in.
My shower also had hair in the bottom I had to pick up with tissue before I used it. It was visible to the naked eye with a quick walk through.

Would definitely return but would ask for a room on the first floor.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Food was good and menu choices good. Good location - walking distance to shops and the beach. Room was clean and liked the small amenities like complimentary bottled water in room.

Cons:

Only negative was that we were on the third floor and there is no elevator. They did offer to help us with our luggage.

An expensive stay, sadly disappointed
Pros:

Location, on site parking and the cleanliness of the building and rooms.indoor and outdoor spaces to relax were great

Cons:

Our rooms only had wide Venetian blinds, though there were neon lights outside. One window was missing wand. Too bright! No quiet time listed, couldn’t sleep with a party right outside our windows! Clanging noise all night - guessed it was the mini fridge- told front desk- We unplugged it. Bathroom fan extremely loud- took a long time to remove steam!

Good location for a resort town.,
Pros:

Very clean. Nice balcony. Pleasant staff. Surprisingly quiet given there was a restaurant with band on site.

Cons:

No elevator and stairs were narrow and windy.
