Superb room, no. 211, in a great hotel in a wonderful location. Staff attentive, a well cooked breakfast each morning with lots to choose from & a spotlessly clean hotel. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better, with lots of nice restaurants, pubs and bars close by.
Rooms are comfortable, great breakfast, stunning location.
The electric car charging ports where difficult to operating due to poor internet signal. This was no fault of the hotel but the area surrounded by mountains meant I had no signal.
The room was great, shower was brilliant and the room
overall was lovely. Staff were friendly and the breakfast space and bar were great, as was the balcony by the river. Really felt at home.

Lovely room by the river, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Staff were very welcoming and free scones from 1-6pm.

Beautiful rooms and views. Allocated parking spots. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, lovely continental selections everything baked fresh in the morning. Complimentary scones and hot drinks throughout the day. The staff were very friendly.

The hotel has been refurbished since our last visit (pre-covid). The room was very comfortable and the staff were all attentive and friendly. The breakfasts where delicious and we even tried some takeaway options which were perfect. We look forward to returning next year.

The room interior design could have been better but that’s just personal taste ( carpet / curtains ) Everything was new and the bed was comfy !
