Pros:

Schöne Location, gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal

Cons:

Generell würde ich aktuell keine Reise in Nationalparks in UK empfehlen, da die Preise total irre sind. Macht keinen Spaß mehr. Dafür wird generell zu wenig Qualität und Service geboten. Dies betrifft zwar nicht meine Booking.com Buchung, aber ein Punkt den die Einheimischen mal überdenken sollten.

Pros:

Very welcoming staff and the cream tea upon arrival is a nice touch. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is lovely. The hotel is located in the centre of Grasmere village.

Cons:

The room was a bit cold. The day we arrived had torrential rainfall all day, and our wet clothes didnt dry in the room, so the room smelled foisty and we had to transport wet clothes home. There had been a heatwave the previous week so I can see why the heating wasn't on, but it was a cold wet day.

Eine sehr gut gemanagte Unterkunft mit sehr gutem, abwechslungsreichem Frühstück. Tolle Lage im schönen Grasmere, Verbindung zu The Inn mit der guten Küche ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Wir hatten eines der beiden Dachzimmer, das zwar groß und gut eingerichtet ist, aber einerseits eine zu niedrige Decke für große Menschen hat, andererseits reparaturbedürftige Fenster aufwies.

Outstanding Hotel in Grasmere
Pros:

We had a large, very comfortable room overlooking the creek and the bird life. Every afternoon there was complimentary tea and scones with clotted cream and jam. Breakfast was made to order and served in a delightful breakfast room. Easy walking into the center of the village of Grasmere. We have stayed many times at this hotel and plan to return in the future.

לוקיישן מעולה וחדר גדול ופשוט יפהפה.
ארוחת בוקר קונטיננטלית טובה מאד, וסקונס ( מעולים!) וקפה ( מצויין) אחר הצהריים.

Cons:

חלק מהצוות הקרין תחושה של לחץ, לא מה שאת מצפה באחד המקומות היפים והנינוחים בעולם. כשהגעתי אחרי נסיעה ארוכה, מיד נדרשתי לשלם, ולהקשיב לכללי המקום ( ארוחת בוקר ברוטציה, למשל כי אין די מקום לכל האורחים). עוד לפני ששתיתי כוס מים. לעומת זאת, נאלצתי לחכות לסיום ניקוי החדר ( למרות שהצ'ק אין בשלוש והגעתי בארבע).
