Pros:

Amazing hotel. Spotlessly clean room overlooking the river which was really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. All staff really friendly & helpful.

Lovely stay in lovely little hotel
Pros:

Great location to walk Silver How. Really nice hotel, modern decor with good facilities and staff were super welcoming. Comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent too. Very good value.

Fantastic hotel and great stay!
Pros:

Beautiful rooms and views. Allocated parking spots. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, lovely continental selections everything baked fresh in the morning. Complimentary scones and hot drinks throughout the day. The staff were very friendly.

A quiet getaway
Pros:

The hotel has been refurbished since our last visit (pre-covid). The room was very comfortable and the staff were all attentive and friendly. The breakfasts where delicious and we even tried some takeaway options which were perfect. We look forward to returning next year.

Pros:

Great hotel in a good location . Staff were excellent , Mohiq looked after us really well & the breakfast was perfect 👌

Cons:

The room interior design could have been better but that’s just personal taste ( carpet / curtains ) Everything was new and the bed was comfy !

Fantastic hotel and staff… we’d definitely stay again!
Pros:

The location and condition of the hotel were fantastic. The staff were welcoming and couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful.
The art deco style of our suite was lovely, complete with effective WiFi, tv facilities, a bath and a separate shower…
The complimentary scone tea with cream and jam were delicious!!
Really comfortable bed and a very spacious room.

Cons:

One minor issue was the en-suite bathroom had a glass door, which although wasn’t clear glass, didn’t adequately hide the fact you could see toilet activity. We hung the robes on the door, but these weren’t long enough to cover the view.

Location. Comfortable rooms. Complimentary tea, coffee etc along with the scones. Nice touch! Plenty of good car parking.

Cons:

As far as I could see, there didn't seem to be a restaurant or bar where you could have an evening meal for example. Apologies if there was, but didn't see any evidence. There was a nice breakfast in the morning though.
