La ubicación accesible desde la autopista

Cons:

En general para una noche donde solo fui a dormir estubo bien, pero el desayuno fue pesimo, pague adicional para tener desayuno y fue el peor que me he servicido, miserable en verdad.
Tuve problemas con el pago, porque booking me dio un precio y en la recepcion me estaban cobrando mucho mas, no volvería

Super bien ya que con mi hija disfrutamos la ciudad y recorrimos bastante

La ubicación, nada que decir, todo cerca, iglesia, mercado, plaza, centro, increible.

Cons:

Trabajo en la recepción de un hotel en Santiago y si bien es un hotel que esta cerca de todo, se deben mejorar ciertos aspectos para que sea un hotel de maravillas, punto 1 la recepcion no debe estar sola y menos hacer trabajo de mucama, punto 2 una manito de gato en las habitaciones no vendría mal, punto 3 cambio de colchones que es necesario para que un alojamiento sea confort, punto 4 y muy importante es que la recepcion tenga noción de ayudar donde ir y por donde caminar, eso lo hacemos donde trabajo y principalmente no dejar sola la recepcion, se podria tener algun anexo para comunicación directa en caso de algun requerimiento, plancha, papel higiénico y otros, lo demas super bien.

después de hacer el check out antes de la hora (12) deje las maletas en el hotel para realizar unos tramites antes de irme de la ciudad, al retirar el equipaje, solicite pasar al servicio higiénico, la respuesta fue que NO podía, ya que no tenían servicios higiénicos, para el publico, esta situación me DECEPCION de mi percepción del hotel, espero que puedan cambiar esta situación
