Breakfasts, lunch and early evening food and bar, but nothing later, a small lounge with snacks and pod coffees on sale from reception would be a great addition !

There was an adjoining door to the room next door so I could hear everything the person next door was saying on the phone. I could hear the TV as if it was in my room so this kept me awake.
The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful, always interacted and very pleasant
The hotel did seem a bit tired decor wise and door locks were old yale locks and need re aligned as not a tight lock.

My room had a strong smell of sewage in it and I barely slept the first night. When I complained at reception the following morning they arranged to move me rooms but there was no real apology or compensation for it. The bedding was stained in both my first room and the second room (I requested they changed the pillow case first night and they did) the carpets were marked, uncomfortable bed and cheap quality pillows etc.
When we arrived not feeling well the room was cold. I went and asked for help with the heater and they couldn't get it to work either. They had us moved to a huge room and we was able to relax and get to feeling better.

Genuinely nothing. Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.
The room we stayed in had a door to the next room that was blocked by a chair. I could hear every single thing the people were doing next door. The staff were out in the car park behind the hotel making some amount of noise at 8am. The carpet was dirty, the ‘double room’ was two twin beds pushed together with a big pillow or something separating the two beds. One tiny pillow on each side of the bed.
