Staff were lovely .

Cons:

well for starters the toilet bowl was dirty when I arrived. The tv made a loud squeal noice when on so had to have it off the whole time and I asked for a double bed and got given 2 singles velcroed together everytime I moved it unstuck and made a tear noice or I was falling down the Middle of the bed. Then I got woken up at 8:00am to the work men at the scaffolding right outside my window drilling away as if there was no one meant to be sleeping at this time.

Cons:

Terrible smell in the room, the air vent was broken making noise all night, stains on the covers and pillows and biscuits from people before crushed in on the floor. Plus had over booked so had to stay in a dofferent room.

Great stay, minor inconvenience
Pros:

Lovely staff and nice clean rooms

Cons:

When we checked in we couldn't sit in the bar to have a drink, the restaurant which is apparently separate to the hotel was full but we didn't want to eat, we took our drinks to our room but would have been nice to have sat in the bar to relax and have 1 or 2

I was in room 11 it was right next to all the air / heaters conditioning units situated outside room
Bed you could feel the brings
Floor I felt every floorboard was broken it felt a little unsafe

The room we were in originally didnt gave the best of Wi-Fi signals, but the staff at reception were great and moved us

Overal, an enjoyable stay and would come back.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent for both the quality of the food and the service from the staff.

Cons:

It was a little too noisy in the room from both the passing cars on the main road and from other guests who I believe might have been staying at the hotel for a function.

Price and location.

Cons:

Room dirty, not vacuumed from last person as clothes tags on carpet. Very dusty, toilet bowl stained & cracked, fake eyelash and hairs on bedsheets. Opened packet of haribo left on floor and new durex packet beside bed. Tv remote worked intermittantly. Shower curtain and around bath mouldy. Toilet door bashed. Handle on window very loose. Complained to reception when we left in morning, took condom and half opened pack of haribo to show them and young girl said she wanted nothing to do with it as shes only 17 years old! She was sitting yawning when we first went to desk. Dinner night before was just as bad so we never went for breakfast. Car park is terrible and full of pothoIes filled with water as i stood in one and got soaked. I know it was a cheap room but you at least expect a decent level of service & cleanliness which was far from what is advertised on website, its made out like a top boutique hotel, it is a mile from that. I could NOT recommend to anyone.
