The hotel and restaurant were lovely, perfectly fine and recently been renovated I would guess.
The bathroom within the room was a lacking in cleanliness, hairs on the floor, shower and below the mirror. But other than that it was totally fine.
I would not recommend this hotel. The room that we stayed in was poorly constructed and a number of health and safety issues;
- Long nylon curtains hanging over a heater that states, do not cover
- emergency lighting sign pointing to a dead end
- fire doors with gaps under them
As for the room
- broken toilet roll holder
- gaps between door frame facia and the wall itself where you can actually see the expanding foam used
- only one bedside table
The staff were lovely and accommodating, the room was clean and spacious. Local taxi firms need to be used as Uber cant reach there but that was fine. Bus stops a very short walk away that go directly into Glasgow centre. Would happily come back.
No issues with the room at all, would come back. Very good value for money but a steep learning curve of taxis and buses for the stadium gig. Not the Crowwoods fault! Dont get a black cab as they will rip you off after a gig. Walk into the city centre and order a taxi from there.

Staff gentile, ci hanno cambiato la camera senza problemi quando abbiamo segnalato che in camera arrivava un segnale debole del wifi. Parcheggio ampio. Davanti alla struttura c’è la fermata del bus per raggiungere il centro della città.

We were there to visit family so the location was excellent for us and the staff couldn't do enough for us and they were so kind to my little girl
The restaurant staff let it down. They were friendly but very under trained
Plenty of parking space and the bus stop for Glasgow right outside the hotel. Excellent choice of food and at a good price.
Last food orders at 8.30 was a little early..

Mucky carpets . No fridge to keep things cool ignorant waiter serving food .
