Pros:

Prima ontbijt, aardig personeel, goede bedden, ruim appartement.

Cons:

Er was geen restaurant om te kunnen dineren, maar dat was mijn eigen fout, had ik vooraf moeten checken. En we hadden een kamer op de begane grond gevraagd en gekregen, omdat ik slecht ter been ben - maar er waren alsnog een hoop trappetjes, en de ontbijtruimte was beneden, dus elke morgen een hele trap af en weer op...

Gutes Zimmer mit Zugang zu einer Terrasse. Neues, extrem geräumiges Badezimmer/Dusche. Sehr sehr nettes, aufmerksames und freundliche Menschen, die dort arbeiten.

Cons:

Saunabereich durch Lüftung sehr laut.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis gut
Pros:

Sehr herzlicher Empfang. Personal sehr freundlich. Unsere Koffer mussten wir ein Stockwerk in die erste Etage hochtragen, einen Fahrstuhl haben wir leider nicht gesehen. Wir hatten ein älteres Zimmer mit Balkon und Ausblick und mit kleinem Bad und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Abends haben wir den Pool- und Saunabereich genutzt. Die Wassertemperatur könnte etwas höher sein, aber zum Abkühlen nach der Sauna war es dann doch okay. Handtücher wurden im Saunabereich immer wieder nachgefüllt. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war gut. Es war genug Auswahl, um satt zu werden. Parken ist vor dem Hotel kostenlos möglich: Ausflugtipps: Kenzenhütte/Kenzenwasserfall, Füssen/Festspielhaus und Schloss Neuschwanstein

Cozy and quiet getaway

We recently stayed at this hotel with our family and found it to be a pleasant experience. The location is great, offering nice views of the mountains that enhanced our stay.

The atmosphere is cozy, resembling more of a pension than a traditional hotel. With fewer guests during the off-season, our time there felt more intimate, which was nice for family bonding.

The staff were friendly and accommodating; they immediately changed my father-in-law’s room to the ground floor to accommodate his limited mobility, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was good, featuring fresh options that everyone enjoyed. Overall, it was a nice getaway for our family.
