Pros:

We got exactly what we paid for. Staff were accommodating. Area is quiet.

Cons:

Staff did not respond to questions on booking.coms site or their own offical site. As we were arriving late I found this very frustrating. Not the hotels fault but not the greatest for a smoker as the only option is outside the front door. I have not reflected this in my score
