Was a cheap and cheerful few nights, no major issues or concerns - moved from here to the Hyatt
Pros:

Good size room, WiFi was terrible, had to change room to get a better signal. Room was clean and tidy.

Cons:

No window, only glass in the room looked directly onto the outside corridor - so if you had the curtains open, staff and guests could look directly into your room. Pointless having a window (or glass divide) in the room !!

If only the front desk staff were better, i would have rated my short stay as a very pleasant one...
Pros:

The room was good value for money as a suite. The Room service staff was very pleasant, especially the person who responded to the calls.

Cons:

The front desk staff was downright obnoxious and extremely unwelcoming. Right from asking all sorts of unnecessary and ridiculous questions to being downright rude, they are actually not even fit to be where they are!!!

Excellent Value for Money
Pros:

I booked the hotel for my Dad, who was visiting Amritsar for his eye operation. The service provided by the staff was highly professional and courteous. The staff ensured that my Dad was well looked after and all his needs were very well looked after. I cannot praise the staff enough for the courtesy shown towards my dad. Thanks!!

My stay was not comfortable, I even covered the pillow with my jacket to cover the dirty pillow cover.
Pros:

I only like the location because it is near to testing center but the room was not tidy.

Cons:

The room smelled bad. The bed sheets were dirty and I took a picture that shows the stains that have not changed from previous guests. The towel was not changed either, it smelled bad and looked dirty. Basic toiletries are not provided, and there is no toothbrush and toothpaste.

Pros:

It was a nice experince , location was really good .
Hotel rooms are spacious same as shown in photos ,staff was polite and quick services...

If got an opportunity to visit again. I would like to stay in this hotel again.
Pros:

Hotel is clean, room are bigger than usual. Near to key tourist places. Overall good stay. If got an opportunity to visit again. I would like to stay in this hotel again.

Good spacious rooms
Pros:

The staff were courteous, the building is bright and spacious, good location, big windows and comfortable.

Cons:

The TV was broken when i got here, floor needed hoovering.
