Cons:

Tendo em conta o preço do alojamento, o colchão não era o mais confortável, a privacidade da casa de banho não era a melhor, não havia piaçaba e a porta do duche tornava difícil de respirar num banho quente, mas deixava a água sair por baixo.

Overrated
Pros:

Staff is very helpful and genuinelly commited.
They have a very good chef, food at the restorant/ bar seemed great to me.

Cons:

The hotel is not bad, it is the ratio overall quality to price that is not good. Mostly because the prices are to high for the venue.
Breakfast is competent but not great, given the exceptional culinary tradition of central portugal. You have to walk in the cold rain from the villa rooms to the spa, accross a patio with no protection. I could not shower in the spa since showers were broken. The sauna pail was broken and there were no saunal ladle. The gymn had a broken step machine, a treadmill and a cycling bench. Only this. The cheapest, decatlon quality. There is no parking in the near vicinity. We asked for a big room for 2 adults and 2 children. We got a large enough room but only 3 chairs and bed sheets for 3 onlt. Given the structural and contingent deficiencies, 400 euros per night, seemed way too much.

- quarto super espaçoso
- cama muito confortável
- staff muito simpático e preocupado com o be estar do cliente
- pequeno almoço

Cons:

- apenas deviam avisar que o posto de carregamento para veículos elétricos está avariado.
No entanto, existem vários postos na cidade portanto acabou por correr tudo bem
