Pros:

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad! Het hotel bestaat nog maar 4 jaar dus het ziet er super netjes uit. We hebben een uitgebreid ontbijt gehad en konden zelf kiezen hoe laat we dat wilden, super aardig. Dat brengt me gelijk op het laatste punt, namelijk het personeel. Niks is te gek en zijn erg meedenkend. In het bijzonder Gamini, hiermee hebben we heel wat mee gekletst. Toppers!

Pros:

Todo. Preciosa ubicación, inmejorables vistas, la amabilidad del personal, el buen gusto con lo que está hecho todo. La habitación es enorme y muy cómoda. La zona de la piscina es preciosa aunque no pudimos utilizarla porque llovía. Tienen un huerto que se nota en las comidas que son de las mejores de la isla. Es un oasis en medio de la montaña. Nos consiguieron un tuktuk para subir a Lipton seat y también para ir a la estación, todo fácil. Volveremos

Para conductores que no sean locales les puede parecer complicada la entrada con una bajada en cuesta

Pros:

Muy buenas instalaciones, estupendas vistas, limpieza y la atención estupenda del personal que nos ayudó con cualquier cosa que les pedimos. El desayuno buenísimo y muy abundante.

Overall good, but a bit overpriced
Pros:

The service was impeccable, friendly people, attentive, helpful.
Views were great and breakfast delicious.
Very centric location.

Cons:

Not really bad but good to know: you have to walk down a really steep / narrow street to get to the hotel. Our driver had a hard time getting down there in the dark. And it means that if you want to go out for a walk, keep in mind that you first need to get up the street.

The room was old and a bit smelly. The two newer houses with additional room take a bit from the magical view.

Schöne, geschmackvolle Unterkunft mit top Service.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt fussläufig zum Bahnhof. Wir waren im Hauptgebäude untergebracht (Zimmer 102): das Zimmer ist gross, verfügt über ansprechendes Mobiliar. Das Doppelbett war komfortabel. Der Balkon verfügt über einen Sitzbereich und einen tollen Blick in die Teeplantagen. Das Zimmer war sauber und wird auf Wunsch täglich gereinigt.
Gamini ist für das Wohl seiner Gäste besorgt. Er ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend und hilft bei Fragen weiter.
Das Essen, wir hatten Frühstück und Abendessen, war top, auch qualitativ.Alles frisch und authentisch. Auf Wunsch gibt es such English breakfast. Ein toller Aufenthalt und das inkl. Pool.
