We loved the view and clean modern design of the hotel. The food was exceptionally fresh and tasty, as they have their own vegetable garden.
We had all our meals there ,as we looked over the greenest valley blow and surrounding lush mountain tops. Our host Gamini made sure we had everything we needed. He set up tuk tuk rides for sight seeing. The pool was cool and refreshing.

Staff were extremely helpful, and the view from the rooms / the dining room is beautiful. Bang in the centre of Haputale but nice and peaceful thanks to facing out.

The room was spacious and very beautiful, with a stunning view over the valley and the tea plantations. The bathroom was also very nice, and the pool area was lovely. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant.

La vue est exceptionnelle et le personnel ultra bienveillant arrangeant le petit déjeuner en fonction de nos départs (à 5h du matin pour le Lipton’s Seat!)

L'accueil a été très gentil et le personnel soucieux de notre bien-être nous a aidé notamment pour la blanchisserie. La vue depuis les chambres et la petite terrasse privative est fantastique: les plantations de thé à perte de vue.
Le lieu est très calme avec une piscine en contrebas et sans vis-à-vis. Tout près la ville d'Haputale permet de découvrir le quotidien des sri lankais, toujours très accueillants.
Le restaurant est bon et d'un bon rapport qualité prix.

We spent a weekend here and loved it! The property is in a fantastic location, smack dab in the middle of the Haputale tea plantation. The morning views from our room balcony overlooking the Haputale Gap while having a cup of Ceylon tea were epic. Breakfast was amazing! They serve both Sri Lankan and Western breakfast with an amazing spread. Great quality as well. We had dinner there both nights and the food was excellent. They have their own vegetable garden to source from so the "farm to table" quality was amazing. Best of all, the staff is super helpful and friendly and gave us so much assistance and tips on seeing all the surrounding attractions. That's the warm, Sri Lankan hospitality that we really appreciated.

Właściciel obiektu był niesamowity , bardzo pomocny , poczuliśmy zapach kadzideł niesamowity , ktore pomógł pozniej nam zakupić, poszedł z nami na rynek abyśmy mogli kupić liście curry , ktore spotkaliśmy tylko na Sri Lance .Zorganizował w normalnej cenie wyjazd tuk tokiem na Lipton set.
Dziękujemy było wspaniałe

The position is nice and in general was not a bad stay

The hotel itself was beautiful in its design and materials. The property is nestled into the hillside amongst small tea plantations and the view across the valley is superb. The room was very comfortable and the breakfasts were generous and delicious. All staff were kind and helpful especially the manager Gamini who organised all our local tours and ongoing travel.

The views were incredible, the food was delicious and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay.

It is not suitable for people with mobility problems the Gillis so stunted even the van could not get down to the door
The rooms are not cleaned daily
