Lovely for a little getaway

Its lovely and clean, the rooms are a good size and beds are comfy.

The air system was a bit tricky to use. It was either to hot or too cold.

Cons:

Air con noisy all night in room. When I said something in the morning the receptionist knew there was a fault? I had to put up with the noise all night and still pay £100 plus for the room per night.

Why not either close the room off or get it fixed asap. The receptionist said there was 6 rooms with the noise. Not really fair to be charging full price when you have a serious air con fault in the room.

The venue was idea as we had been visiting family and was an excellent base to explore Edinburgh.
