Super choice and good value near Bilbao.
Pros:

The staff at this hotel are wonderful. The building is unique and the room was very spacious and comfortable. So was the bed. Walking distance to the supermarket and was able to park right outside the room. So nice they also accepted my dog. There is a really pretty river that runs behind the hotel and short driving distance to see more of Bilbao. I would much rather stay in this hotel than in Bilbao or the generic hotels outside of town. The small breakfast was a nice bonus.

Cons:

Nothing. It was a super place to stay and would easily stay again.

With no prior communication to inquire about an arrival time, or a response to my question about the bed type available, the front desk called me at 19:48, as I was boarding my flight, the evening of my arrival to ask when I would be checking in. I told them 2330, and he informed me that was not possible, and I would have to cancel my reservation. I had to scramble just before my flight took off to cancel this reservation and find a new hotel in the area for the night. When I make a reservation at a place with the word hotel in its name, I assume check-in is available 24 hours, unless told otherwise. Rather unprofessional that the check-in times are restricted, but that was not communicated to me until just a few hours prior to my arrival.

Iñaki super amable, muy atento, a parte de recomendarme algunos lugares ademas nos aviso de una feria medieval que habia cerca para poder visitarla.

Cons:

Lo unico que eche en falta fueron mas enchufes en la habitacion, por lo demas perfecto amplia y comoda.
