Super choice and good value near Bilbao.
Pros:

The staff at this hotel are wonderful. The building is unique and the room was very spacious and comfortable. So was the bed. Walking distance to the supermarket and was able to park right outside the room. So nice they also accepted my dog. There is a really pretty river that runs behind the hotel and short driving distance to see more of Bilbao. I would much rather stay in this hotel than in Bilbao or the generic hotels outside of town. The small breakfast was a nice bonus.

Cons:

Nothing. It was a super place to stay and would easily stay again.
