The thing mentioned on the site not available. For example they mentioned TV in the room . yes they have Tver in the room but without cable . If you wish to watch TV you have to connect with your phone with Wi-Fi but no direct programs. dustbin is not available in the room

Too expensive, during power cut there is no backup in mid range room and if you upgrade to superior room then power backup is only for one fan in the whole room

Location was good and the garden in front of the rooms was good..

Cons:

The rooms and washroom stinks. Owner is very money minded, he tries to pull out as much money as from the guests, adding more items to the bill, billing unordered food items and pricing more than booking price. Giving rooms different than the ones paid for. So basically he is a cheater. He really needs to have some hospitality course for running a resort
