Excellent place. Great ambience. Pool was well maintained. Staff was helpful. Food quality was good. Recommended for 2-3 day stay. Location is peaceful.

Amazing peaceful place to relax close to nature with family.
Pros:

Location is excellent, facilities and rooms are great. Staff is friendly and polite. Lot of Greenery with beautiful spacious gardens are awesome to relax and spend good time close to nature.

Cons:

Changing room near pool was not functional may be because of bad weather. Morning Tea wasn't available till 9am as kitchen starts at 8.30 am. Please pay a bit extra attention on cleanliness of towels.

Only good thing about the property was the surroundings.

Cons:

Under staff... no proper reception area, no service after 10 pm till morning 9 am. Limited breakfast options - no buffet ... spread...No toiletries provided prior and were denied after a day usage, No laundry and iron facilties .. no travel desk... Only good aspect was caretaker Krishna ... and it felt like a service apartment than a hotel ...

Wi-Fi , tv , and spa. No spa as advertised. No wifi as advertised. Tv was not working. Requested many times for the WiFi and tv and the staff had no answer. The rooms were very damp and smelly. Not good for health

Good property but very rude and arrogant management specially the manager.

Cons:

The food here is too too costly and taste is just ok. They give you Linley water bottles for 40 plus 18% gst. I mean a bottle outside is 20 rs MRP. And who charges gst in water. This is serious and offend-able. The manager of the resort is very rude. He would just deny any of your request. They don’t have much option for food. Everyday they serve bread omelette poha and paratha for bf and papaya or apple in fruits and some fine day 2-3 slices of mango. And if you ask more then they will just say it’s out of stock. Even rooms are too costly. When they charge premium then they should not charge for water and small amenities.
