Für uns konnte es nicht besser sein.
Pros:

Zunächst der Eigentümer und die freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Dann, die Sicherheit und Kinderfreundlichkeit( incl. Rutsche, Karussell). Die ganzen Möglichkeiten- von der der Lage in Ascuncion und dem Viertel, der Ausstattung, angeschlossenem Restaurant, freundlicher Shuttle-Service und die ganzen Angebote (Touren, Massagen etc.)
Nicht zu vergessen, die Vielsprachigkeit von Rezeption und allem Mitarbeitern.

Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Auch das Abendessen ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Die ganze Nacht war ein ständiges Brummgeräusch zu hören. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Total Schade denn diese Geschäftspraktiken kenne ich aus Deutschland nicht denn da ist sowas verboten.

Sehr umfassend durchdacht, für europäische Kunden wichtige Details und tolle Umsetzung in der Planung und Umsetzung.

Cons:

In allem mehr bezahlt als vereinbart. Booking-Kosten wurden uns auf den Zimmerpreis geschlagen (Booking-Preis incl. aller Gebühren wurde wie vereinbart berechnet + weitere 18 USD für Booking Comisión/ hatte ich noch nie) , aktuelle Kartenpreise online wurden uns gezeigt und 20% teurere Kartenpreise abgerechnet, Bilder wurden gezeigt von leckeren Gerichten mit zugehörigen Preisen bei der Zahlung wurde alles separat abgerechnet und Kosten waren rund 50% höher als angeboten.
Es zieht sich in allem ein Ausbeuten durch den Hotelbesuch, so ging es gerade weiter… ich fühle mich verarscht. Keine Empfehlung!

Hotel super charmoso, agradável e com colaboradores super atenciosos.

Cons:

No banheiro do nosso quarto não havia uma divisória com box e quando saíamos do banho o banheiro ficava todo molhado.
