Pros:

I got a bit European by getting cross at the situation, quite unclear in many points, and one of the employees had the tact to remain quite calm and understanding!!

Cons:

There is nothing to eat around when you are European and unfortunately have a not so strong stomach that could allow you to eat anywhere.
The bed linen was stained, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.
I asked for tea, which they gave me, and they charged me (refusing to give me back the change that they did not have in the first place when I paid for the room in a way they I did not appreciate
) without informing me in advance. It was not about the price but the lack of principle. Especially as everywhere I went in India tea has always been part of the service. Plus I was already paying for a breakfast that I could not take because I was leaving too early. It could have been a compensation! But maybe I am being too fussy here !🤷
Well, one of the employees was kind enough to understand that I felt cheated and that it was not comfortable.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable beds to rest, and round the clock service. We were a gang of 10, and they helped our tea craving at 1 AM around 😀

Local id proof person not allowed this hotel. This policy not mentioned in hotel policy side. I am booking room and going to hotel reception person inform this policy. I am very disappoint. My booking information already read by hotel person. But why not inform to me this policy system.
