Cons:

Der Check-in erfolgt an einem anderen Ort. Es gibt keinen Nachtschalter, und man kann einfach von draußen ins Hotel gelangen – wirkt überhaupt nicht sicher.

kleines Apartment, sehr sauber, nettes Personal

Cons:

Küche nur notdürftig ausgestattet: keine Geschirrtuch, um nach dem Spülen das Geschirr vernünftig aufzuräumen.
nur ein bisschen Essbesteck - kein Arbeitsmesser oder anderes Kochbesteck, kein Schneidebrett. Leider auch keine Weingläser. Checkin nur in Haupthaus (andere Adresse) möglich. steht zwar im Zielhaus an der Türe - eine Info varab - damit man nicht erst umsonst an das Zielhaus fährt, wäre schön gewesen.
für eine Nacht ok. aber für längeren Aufenthalt nicht geeignet

Pros:

Einziges Manko war der Verkehrslärm und der relativ nah am Fenster vorbeifahrenden Fußweg. Grundsätzlich gibt es aber auch Zimmer zur Hofseite. Ansonsten war alles tiptop!!!!!

Absolutes Minus für den Inhaber des Hotels, daher nicht empfehlenswert

Sehr freundliche Angestellte, aber... siehe unten.
Zimmer waren sauber und sehr ok.

Cons:

Wir stellten nicht zumutbare Arbeitssituationen für die Mitarbeiter fest. Das abends nur 2-köpfige Restaurantpersonal war von 10 Uhr morgens bis abends nach 22 Uhr da und dann vermutlich noch lange nicht fertig.
Die Rezeption führte eine ganz allein auf sich gestellte super engagierte, sehr herzliche Auszubildende, die unser Problem mit dem defekten Zimmertüröffner im 500 Meter entfernten Gästehaus bis weit nach ihrem Schichtende regelte - das dauerte alles bis zu 2 Stunden. Sie war komplett alleine und konnte die Rezeption bzw unser Problem an niemanden weiter übergeben. Der im Urlaub weilende Chef am Telefon war hier wenig hilfsbereit und kam erst nach 45 Minuten auf die Idee, ihr mitzuteilen, wo sich auch noch ein ganz normal mechanischer Schlüssel für die Tür befindet. So konnte sie bis nach 22 Uhr organisieren, dass unser bereits im defekten Zimmer abgestelltes Gepäck in ein funktionierendes Zimmer gebracht werden konnte.

Ja, Personalmangel gibt es überall, aber die großen Hoteliers sollten Ihr Personal nicht über alle Arbeitsregularien hinweg verheizen. Die "Alte Posthalterei" in Zusmarshausen gehört dem gleichen Inhaber und in dessen Restaurant fiel uns bereits 2x ein völlig überlastetes minimal vorhandenes Personal auf.
