Nice hostel. Staff uninterested in helping with any information.
Pros:

The hostel is nice. Big rooms, comfy beds. Available huge lockers with keys. Amazing sitting area on the ground floor and first floor with TV. The hostel is 10 out of ten.

Cons:

The hostel is nice but The staff not really.
I came mainly to book a tour from Dong Hoi but the night receptionist wasn’t interested to help. She was with her eyes in her phone. Didn’t show me anything. I asked where I can eat she just shrugged her shoulders.
Morning receptionist was much better.

Pros:

Just good, nothing special. For the price it is really good. Shower was hot and powerful, which I didn't expect. Staff spoke enough English to check in and ask simple questions, but for more complicated things you probably need to use a translator app.
