Weekend in relax
Pros:

Camera grande e spaziosa.
Ottima colazione e spa.
Abbiamo prenotato due massaggi ed erano eccezzionali.

Pros:

Mein Aufenthalt war rundum wunderbar. Die stilvolle Atmosphäre, der aufmerksame Service und das gesamte Ambiente haben mich sehr beeindruckt. Man spürt sofort, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail hier gearbeitet wird. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit, an die ich sehr gerne zurückdenke. Vielen Dank für diese besondere Gastfreundschaft.

Merita, ma potrebbe essere meglio
Pros:

Ho apprezzato più di tutto il personale, la cordialità e il senso di trovarsi come in ‘famiglia’.
Ottima colazione e mezza pensione.
La pulizia in generale, alto livello!

Cons:

La temperatura delle piscine ( sia quella esterna che quella interna) non era abbastanza, a stare fermi in quella è impossibile, bisogna nuotare per scaldarsi.
Non è proprio quello che intendo per un momento rilassate .
Al contrario la temperatura delle stanze e della hall, da t-shirt anche con fuori la neve. Decisamente eccessiva .

Ganz tolles Hotel mit guter Erholungsmöglichkeit
Pros:

'- Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und erfüllte jeden Wunsch.
- Die Kellner waren sehr aufmerksam und Elisabeth von der Reception einfach Klasse!
- Auch die Beauty Behandlungen erfolgten mit viel Engagement und guter Wirkung.
- Man spürt noch, dass es ein familiengeführtes Hotel mit persönlicher Note ist und steht m.E. den zwischenzeitlich hochindustrialisierten 5 Stern Häusern in nichts nach.
- Man erholt sich rasch, schöner SPA Bereich mit Kaltwasser-Aussenbecken.
- Zimmer resp. unsere Suite war grosszügig, mit schöner Aussicht und ruhig.
- Die nebst dem hervorragenden Dinner nicht selbstverständliche inkludierte Mittagsjause haben wir sehr geschätzt und die Süssigkeiten waren jeweils sehr lecker.
- Schwimmen im Aussen-Infinity-Pool war ebenso erholsam.

- wir werden wieder kommen, da es (fast) als kleiner Geheimtip gilt.

Cons:

Als wir bei einer Wanderung oberhalb von Hafling auf der Sulfner Weiherrunde mit Blick auf Meran in einem ziemlich abgelegenen und verlassenen Waldstück im Schnee Bärentatzen entdeckten, hatten wir enormen Stress und auch Angst. Wir konnten es nicht glauben, da wir uns bis dahin sicher gefühlt hatten. Wir wollten keinesfalls einem Bären begegnen, insbesondere die Jahreszeit wegen den Jungtieren kritisch ist. Glücklicherweise konnten wir dank GPS die Route anpassen und suchten den schnellsten Weg zu den nächsten Häusern.
Das hat aber nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun, trotzdem war es ein unvergesslicher Schock.

Suite favolosa, pulitissima con un panorama meraviglioso!!🤩 Ottima la colazione !!

Cons:

La SPA sarebbe da’ rivedere…forse da rimodernare ,avrei alzato dí qualche grado in più la temperatura delle piscine, soprattutto di quella esterna.

Sauberkeit, tolles Frühstück, Abendessen auch sehr gut, wunderschönes Zimmer, Wellnessbereich sehr sauber und sehr edel eingerichtet das ganze Hotel.

Incantevole hotel per famiglie con ottimo ristorante
Pros:

Cortesia del personale, qualità della cucina del ristorante, e ottime colazioni.
Zona SPA ampia e pulita, separata dalla piscina e piccola SPA dedicata ai più piccini.
Possibilità di parcheggio nel garage coperto raggiungibile direttamente dal piano.
Camera ampia e pulita, dotata di un splendido balcone con vista montagna.

Cons:

La temperatura eccessiva della camera, senza possibilità di poterla ridurre.

Pros:

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay. Everything was exceptional from the excellent food, amazing saunas to very friendly staff!

Trough the hotel there is organised bus to the nearby ski station. The ride is short. Regarding the hotel and service they go on and beyond for the guests!

Cons:

I would prefer that outside pool was a bit warmer.
