La SPA sarebbe da’ rivedere…forse da rimodernare ,avrei alzato dí qualche grado in più la temperatura delle piscine, soprattutto di quella esterna.

Es war ein sehr schönes Wochenende in einem wunderbaren Hotel an einem wunderschönen Ort! Werden mit Sicherheit nochmals

Incantevole hotel per famiglie con ottimo ristorante
Pros:

Cortesia del personale, qualità della cucina del ristorante, e ottime colazioni.
Zona SPA ampia e pulita, separata dalla piscina e piccola SPA dedicata ai più piccini.
Possibilità di parcheggio nel garage coperto raggiungibile direttamente dal piano.
Camera ampia e pulita, dotata di un splendido balcone con vista montagna.

Cons:

La temperatura eccessiva della camera, senza possibilità di poterla ridurre.

Pros:

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay. Everything was exceptional from the excellent food, amazing saunas to very friendly staff!

Trough the hotel there is organised bus to the nearby ski station. The ride is short. Regarding the hotel and service they go on and beyond for the guests!

Cons:

I would prefer that outside pool was a bit warmer.

Pros:

Wir sind sehr nett mit einem Upgrade auf eine Suite im Hotel begrüßt worden. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön groß und mit allem fast ausgestattet. Mir fehlte ein Wasserkocher, um beim schlechten Wetter auch mal einen Tee zu machen.
Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet worden. Der Saunabereich ist mit einer Dampfsauna, finnischen Sauna, Bio-Sauna und einem Sole-Bad ausgestattet. Leider wurde die Bio-Sauna nur jeden zweiten Tag angeheizt, immer im Wechsel mit dem Solebad. Nur das im Solebad nie jemand rein ging. Wir haben den Outdoor-Pool einmal genutzt. Der Weg ist bei kaltem Wetter zu weit, und der Pool auch ziemlich frisch (keine 30 Grad). Auch im Innenpool waren wir nur einmal.
Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, jeden Tag eine Eierspeisenkarte. Das Abendessen war auch sehr gut, Vorspeisen Büfett war jeden Abend gleich, wenn kein Themenabend stattfand.
Personal war höflich und freundlich, aber nicht aufdringlich.

Cons:

Die Preise der Weine sind sehr überzogen. Der billigste Flaschenwein lag bei 38 €. Ich hatte am letzten Abend einen offenen Hauswein bestellt, der dann als halber Liter 35 € kostete.
Das Familär hat gefehlt. Den Chef haben wir nur beim Gala-Dinner zur Begrüßung erlebt. Ansonsten alle eher von weitem.

Ein tolles Hotel, in wunderbarer Natur mit phantastischer Küche
Pros:

Wunderschönener Outdoorbereich mit beheiztem Pool, hier kann man wirklich super ein paar Bahnen schwimmen. Morgens oder abends nach dem Wandern ein Traum!
Das Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich aber so richtig phantastisch ist das Essen am Abend. Sehr liebevoll angerichtet und köstlich zusammengestellte Menüs. Das Frühstück lässt auch keinerlei Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon ein wenig älter, was aber gar kein Problem ist. Alles ist super sauber und gepflegt. Einzig die Empfangshalle/Aufenthaltsbereich sind nicht wirklich gemütlich, hier könnte man gerne für ein wenig mehr Atmosphäre sorgen …
