Ottimo Hotel Ottimo Staff
Pros:

Ottimo hotel che ti accoglie con grande cortesia tutto lo staff merita un grande riconoscimento...L'hotel è molto carino la nostra stanza, suite romantica, era molto spaziosa con terrazzino e una bellissima vista sempre al sole la colazione molto varia e abbondante e una cena sempre all'altezza dell'hotel e con bella varietà di vini..La piscina all'esterno con ottimo panorama le varie saune della giusta dimensione che dire...ci siamo trovati molto bene!! Anche il parcheggio ha il suo valore spazioso e coperto con pulizia del tergicristallo alla partenza!!!
Una nota speciale allo chef, giovane talento, per le pietanze proposte ricche di creatività e sapori speziati.

N.B. Il nostro amico domestico è stato accolto affettuosamente da tutto lo staff.

Forse l'unica cosa....La zona sauna meriterebbe qualche the o tisane da bere c'era solo l'acqua con cetriolo con un rubinetto da ....'meditazione'....

Pros:

Hotel Hirzer is the best mix of having a traditional feel but with modern facilities. The building has lots of character and you feel very clearly the sense of place. The staff are excellent and friendly, the food is great and the wine recommendations spot on every evening. The spa, pool and wellness facilities are clean and modern and a good place to relax. Both the mountain and the town are easy to reach and there is lots to do if you want to get out and about.

Pros:

Struttura molto accogliente e curata.
Il personale è davvero gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. La camera era luminosa, con bellissime vetrate che rendono l’ambiente molto piacevole.
Ottimo anche il format della merenda, un’idea davvero apprezzata dopo una giornata fuori.
Molto comodo il servizio transfer per le piste da sci, organizzato in modo efficiente.

Cons:

Da migliorare:
l’acqua della piscina esterna potrebbe essere un po’ più calda e la colazione potrebbe offrire una scelta più ampia di proposte dolci.

Es gab überhaupt nichts auszusetzen, ganz im Gegenteil, wir können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Wir trafen auf ein tolles Haus, mit sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal, tolles Essen, traumhafter Außenpool und eine tolle Lage! Nicht alltäglich war auch der kostenfreie Stellplatz in der TG.
