- La chambre manque de practicité. C'est un hôtel sur une ile, proche de la mer. Il manque de quoi pendre sa serviette et ses affaires mouillées sur la mini terrasse. C'est le premier hôtel en 1 mois de voyage oú il manque cet essentiel.
Une chambre double devrait selon moi trouver un moyen de fournir 2 assises, 1 chaise pour deux ce n'est pas suffisant
- nous avons ressenti un peu "l'oppression" : quelques panneaux d'interdictions d'actions ; pas manger ici, pas faire ca là etc.
J'ai l'impression que Koh Phangan a été beaucoup malmenée par les touristes étrangers a cause de l'ambiance fête : je trouve que ca gache un peu l'authenticité et l'hospitalité de la Thailande, que j'ai trouvé partout sur le continent hormis à Koh Phangan.
Beaucoup de touristes ne respectent pas trop les lieux : laissent leur serviette sur les transats, des bouteilles vides, fument tabac et chichon sur leur terrasse... c'est vraiment pas cool pour l'hotel. Je suis vraiment désolée pour les hôtes :( je trouve ca désastreux, pour moi le respect c'est essentiel surtout dans l'hotellerie
En tout cas nous avons fait au mieux pour ne pas faire subir ça à l'hôtel!
A beautiful and well-maintained hotel located right in the city center, making it easy to reach cafés and shops on foot. It had a great swimming pool, and everything was very clean and well-organized.
Located a bit further from the sea, and the walls were quite thin, so noise could be heard easily.

Brak reakcji na zachowanie Izraelczyków do późnych godzin nocnych tj do 2 w nocy palili trawę i głośno się zachowywali brak reakcji personelu.Ze zmianą pościeli bywało różnie trzeba było się doprosić. Do tego cena jest nie współmierna do jakości hotelu. Hotel słaby cena wysoka czystość słaba. Głośne imprezy brak reakcji ze strony personelu mimo zgłoszeń o głośnych imprezach . Nie polecam
