TABRİZ HOTEL

It was very uncomfortable, it was not safe,some people want to kill me when i go from hotel.
There was not soap for washing, no air condition, bed was uncomfortable.
There was not bed items.

many families lives there , they are not friendly but they make loud noise always ,
ac not wrking and they were like its just not working open window ,
toilet not so so clean ; but not. bad for one night transit for its value .

The worst hotel I have ever been. The room condition was horrible and poor customer service . That was really unacceptable.

Upon Arrival to the hotel I was informed that my booking had been cancelled and I had no room however this was not the case as booking was confirmed. after half an hour of arguments they decided to give me a room which was not livable in any way, water was leaking from the WC all night and the noise was very loud thus unable to sleep. upon approaching a guy called Imran he said if you don’t like the room then leave, I said to them refund my booking now and I will leave and he said he will do it later which gave me many negative vibes. anyways after another hour of arguments they moved me into another room which was filled with RATS. upon approach to mr Imran he ignored me when I told him about the RATS

the hotel has no name and is actually being using as a transit point for people who are coming from slums from India and Pakistan, if your willing to leave in a place which is unlivable then please book this room as it’s nothing less then the programme ‘ I am a celebrity get me out of here’

honestly speaking I travel to turkey a lot and to be honest this time round I have a very bad impression of turkey as this was beyond a nightmare. I’m not even going to bother to get a refund as this hotel needs the money more then me but I will pray that they fix there standards so no one has to go through what I did. Turkish authority’s need to look into this

I coming To the hotel at 0030. They tell dont have my room and dont will give back my money. I can can going to another hotel. This hotel sell the Rooms take your money in avance and dont give your room or your money back.

- room was not cleaned before, extrem dirty with dust everywhere, out of this garbage a lot of insects where flying

the hotel is very dirty, the rooms are dirty, food smells everywhere. In the room I was bitten by some infectious ticks. after that, I got 20-30 ukks from infectious ticks, like wounds, they began to fester, itching blushed. more than a week has passed and I still go to the hospital every day and go through the procedure for cleaning the blood from these bites. This is a very bad and lousy hotel. I do not recommend to anyone.
