Good
Pros:

Host was friendly annd welcoming.
He didn't speak any English, but with Google Translator communication wasn't an issue

The position is very quiet, yet far from any place where you might get food (breakfast isn't available, but you can ask for a 10.000idr coffee to drink near the pool)

Hot water for showering

Cons:

The "room" was far too small and unfurnished: there is only the bed, with no possibilities of hanging clothes
