Stunning view, great for pets. Sadly, uncomfortable in a heatwave.
Pros:

Clean property with an amazing view and private garden. Secure for children and pets.

Cons:

Arrived in a heatwave and found the temperature in the hut intolerable between the hours of 1-8pm.
Seemed to have lots of flies entering the hut, due to the heatwave the door/windows had to remain open. The flies became a nuisance.

Lovely views but let down by the cleanliness. Needs a good deep clean and some TLC. Good garden
Pros:

Loved the location and views and the fact it had a little garden for the dog to keep her happy

Cons:

Hate having to say but was really disappointed with the cleanliness mainly in the bathroom. It needs a good deep clean all over in nooks and crannies too and some TLC on the decor etc. The shower head was disgusting mould etc... the plastic divider on shower door was very mouldy with black/brown scum. The shower trap was full of thick black and green gunk was awful. Hairs stuck to the walls etc and on floors. Stairs were sticky. Bed did not smell nice and hairs on pillows and inside bed. Toilet seat moves when sat on. The wooden furniture outside is unstable and needs some care especially the 2 seater, hurt my hubby a couple of times as arm moves. Overall needs a good cleaning everywhere of skirting boards and the doors etc the sliding door glass had smudges over from previous people staying. Was a shame as love the placing and views. Didn't like having to walk through their back garden to get to the hut, would be better fenced off as felt awkward. I won't add photos as they are unpleasant but I do have some.

Pros:

Great location with amazing sea view . Close to the beach with just a short walk.

Cons:

Only thing I would have changed would be a bigger sink if at all positively in the shower room.

Great views, excellent stay
Pros:

Great location just outside Barmouth, makes a good base to travel into town, or further afield. The hut has all the amenities (tv, WiFi, cooking facilities, shower etc) to make it an excellent place to relax in between trips as well. Incredible views over the bay particularly in the evening.

Lovely place exelent views let down by maintenance issues needs a new mattress door wouldn’t lock and remote control for tv was broken otherwise a lovely place

Fabulous location with great views. Comfortable and cosy. Safe and secure for pet dog.
