Pros:

Great place, excellent food and staff. The pull out bed was not as comfortable as the main bed, but this is to be expected. Just very noisy early in the morning due to lots of traffic outside

A hook or bench in the (shared) bathroom to hold your change of clothes would be nice.

Simple clean bright comfy value accommodation in a great location close to everything
Pros:

Bathrooms very modern. Spacious room nicely presented. Door to the room nice & easy to open. Quality sheets, comfortable large bed. Loved the big raindrop showers, made it easy to wash my hair. The view out the windows. In a quiet street. Lovely building outside. Well maintained. Local olives delicious

Cons:

Aircon was on 16degrees on arrival. The tv remote symbols were worn off so didn’t know what those buttons were for & made no sense when you did use them. No instructions for the tv. Wanted to stream NiTV but abc iview the only app. Nowhere in the room to dispose of liquids eg half drunk drinks etc. Bar staff sullen & unfriendly. Chicken wings were lukewarm & tough ($18!)

Towels were not replaced room not made up as was told it would be
Had to use a bath Matt to dry myself after a shower

Food in bar was below average soggy ( crispy pork belly)

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and engaging. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very well positioned with very good coffee shops and brewery nearby.
We had our evening meal in the warm and friendly bar downstairs and it was delicious.
