het ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed verzorgd, prima locatie in het oude stadsdeel, dichtbij burcht en rijn, meerdere restaurantsen mogelijkheid buiten op het terras een drankje te drinken, fijn om eigen terrein te kunnen parkeren, en mogelijkheid om eigen e-bikes binnen te kunnen stallen, langs de rijn is het aangenaam fietsen,

Eine Kleinigkeit. In dem schönen Hof bei einem Glas Wein im Sommer wäre es schön, wenn ein Licht auf den Tischen stehen würde.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft sehr kalt.

Im Badezimmer trat ein unangenehmer Geruch auf.

Rund um die Fenster befand sich Schimmel.

Die Vorhänge waren sichtbar verschmutzt.

Insgesamt machte das Zimmer einen deutlichen Sanierungsbedarf deutlich.

Toilettenpapier sowie Kosmetiktücher waren leer.

Der Safe im Zimmer war defekt.

Zudem stand – anders als früher – kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer bereit.

Gute Lage, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Telefonische Erreichbarkeit bis 13.00 Uhr, Emails werden in werden am Nachmittag nicht mehr gelesen, Boden vor allem die Dusche sehr schmutzig, praktisch kein Schallschutz im Zimmer
