Meiner Meinung nach stimmt die Preisleistung; ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Sauber, und freundliche personal

Cons:

Dadurch dass in unmittelbarer Nähe in Zug regelmäßig vorbei fährt, ist etwas laut vor allem in der Nacht

Pros:

Service top - rezeption Arbeiterin , kenne leider ihren Namen nicht, aber sie ist verschleiert ein Traum !! Herr Sadık ebenfalls Rezeptionist ,ein Alleskönner ! Zimmer sehr sauber Ausblick traumhaft , Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet ! Lage des Hotels unübertreffbar , tolle Cafés man ist fußläufig in der Stadt , insgesamt sehr beeindruckt

Pros:

Onze vasten plek , super geholpen om aangenaam verblijf te maken . Mijn dank aan iedereen die hier aan bijgedragen heeft.

Cons:

Tweede keer dat badkamer niet goed schoongemaakt was. Werd wel weer snel opgelost.
De variatie in ontbijt kan beter.

De gastvrijheid , voelen ons altijd op ons gemak. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en ontzettend behulpzaam.

Hygiëne ın de kamer en badkamer was niet goed i. Werd ook meteen wat gedaan . Onze dank voor erg fijn verblijf

Not quite a 4-star experience
Pros:

Comfortable beds and very good bed linen.
The sponge cake was tasty
The room included a dental kit (toothpaste and toothbrush), as well as a razor and shaving cream.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

My room had a sea view, but before you could actually see the sea, the view included an empty lot used as a parking area, garbage bins, worn-out building walls, and a railway.
The rooms are not soundproof. I woke up at 7 a.m. because of train noise — trains were passing every 5–10 minutes.
Also, around 7 a.m., music started playing in the corridor from a speaker near the room. Why would that even be necessary?
The breakfast was average. 3 days the same. I honestly don’t understand where people who describe it as “amazing” usually eat. The selection is limited. There are no classic options like omelets or scrambled eggs — only boiled eggs or some local dishes.
For some reason, there were about 10 (!) types of sweet spreads — jams, Nutella, syrups, etc. — but nothing to pair them with, like croissants or pancakes. There were, however, many types of cheese.
